Elif Apartment Elmas is a brand new, luxurious, 3 bedroom apartment, in a block of just 5 apartments, with cool, contemporary and beautifully furnished interior spaces, a well equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances and water cooler, large private pool & spacious terrace area and large private walled garden with paved area. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests and in a great location just 10 to 15 minutes walk to Kalkan's old town.

Part of a prestigious new development, the Elif Apartments were brand new for 2014. If your expectation of apartment holiday accommodation is sharing a pool and having less space than a villa in which to spread out and relax on holiday, think again!

Offering as much space as many 3 bedroom villas, the apartment has a spectacular villa sized private swimming pool (size 8 x 4m) and sun terrace affording great mountain views and a large private garden.

The apartment is set amidst Olive groves and offers the compelling combination of great views, easy walking access to town (around 10 to 15 minutes) and importantly peace and quiet.

Arranged over 2 floors, Apartment Elmas offers over 1,000 square feet of living space.

Full width floor to ceiling glass doors open onto a large private terrace and villa sized private pool.

The living space comprises lounge and dining areas and a well equipped modern kitchen with granite work surfaces.

The master bedroom features a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom, with a wet room shower and a furnished balcony providing plenty of space to sunbathe, relax or enjoy the view with your morning coffee, looking out to sea..

There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate shower room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

If you have any problems or need any help / suggestions whilst staying in our apartment you can contact them directly. There is a manual in the apartment with all contact details. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Josie (the owner) a message.

If Josie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
