This comfortable villa located on a slope on the edge of Kalkan has 4 bedrooms (2 double -, 1 twin – and 1 single bedroom) with 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.

There are also 2 additional sofa beds in the living room and conservatory.

Villa Asfina is a 200sqm. detached villa with a private pool and large terrace, sun beds and a sun protected area with seating and lying facilities.

Set in its own luscious gardens and private surroundings, it is the perfect environment for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and the ideal place for families or couples to escape from the hectic pace of life.

The Villa is tastefully decorated and meets all the needs for a perfect and restful break.

The house is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi and Pay-TV in the living room.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer.

There are several shaded eating areas on the pool terrace, as well as in the conservatory and dining room.

BBQ friends will certainly enjoy the built in BBQ for evening entertainment.

The newly opened public children’s playground located a mere 100m from the house is ideal for families with young children.

The nearby town of Kalkan with its charming fishing port, shops, bars and restaurants can easily be reached by public transport (Dolmus) from the bus stop close by (400m from the house), or if preferred, is just a short drive in one’s own rental car.

The property has its own parking space.

A free welcome hamper with basic provisions will be provided on arrival to ensure a trouble free start to your holiday.

Sufficient hand – , bath- and pool towels are of course available to all guests.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Theo (the owner) a message.

If Theo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
