Villa Elia is a newly furnished contemporary 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa, with a private infinity pool (heated on request) and spacious accommodation throughout. Located on Kisla Bay only 450m from the sea front, Villa Elia has a prime elevated position which affords panoramic sea views from every angle, across the stunning Bay of Kalkan.

Featuring modern open plan living, stylish décor and brand new appliances, Villa Elia has marble surfaces and heat reflecting glass windows and doors throughout, keeping it cool inside and maximising views from every angle. Bedrooms are bright and spacious with tasteful furnishings, with floor to ceiling windows opening to balconies/Juliet balconies. Bathrooms (4 of which are en suite) are big with walk in showers.

Villa Elia is perfectly situated in the most tranquil part of Kalkan, and yet is just a 5 minute walk to Kalkan Beach Club with its restaurant, water slide/sports and water taxi, 7 minute walk to the world-renowned Hotel Villa Mahal and its stunning beach club, and a 5 minute drive or water taxi to Kalkan’s picturesque Old Town with its zig-zagged cobbled streets and vibrant dining scene. There are also some very popular restaurants, including The Castle and Fidanka, within a 5 minute walk.

Villa Elia has everything you need to relax and enjoy all that this stunning turquoise coastline has to offer, making it an ideal choice for a perfect holiday retreat.

Why can't I call Liz (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liz (the owner) a message.

If Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
