This barn is ideal for both families and couples looking for that remote break away.

The barn is located in the small village of "The rhos" which is located just 15miles from Tenby and just 4miles from oakwood / bluestone and 10miles from folly farm which makes this property ideal for kids.

This luxurious barn has 4 bedrooms which are large with plenty of space 3 king size beds, 1 double bed and a day bed, travel cot can be supplied on request

2 bathroom - 1en suite , 1 family bathroom.

The newly renovated Grade 2 listed Barn has an open plan kitchen which has a breakfast bar, dining table which seats 8 and all the kitchen requirements to accommodate family gatherings.

The Private rear garden allows for plenty of space for family fun.

Picton home farm barns is an 18th century barn conversion set within Pembrokeshire which is often described as "the land of magic and enchantment ". Pembrokeshire offers everything from stunning coastal beauty to a host of landmarks located just inland these include St. davids cathedral and Pembroke castle, the bustling traditional resorts of Tenby and saundersfoot and a wealth of exciting attractions and activities - The County town of Haverfordwest is just 5 minutes by car – offering good shopping, a cinema, swimming pool, and a railway station.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Adele / Lloyd (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
