Wow, Beautiful, Outstanding are just some of the initial impressions people have of this beautiful six bedroomed, non smoking family house in an excellent beach location with breath taking views over the Gannel Estuary. The beach is just metres away from the house which offers safe bathing for the children with its numerous rock pools and for the more adventurous why not get a kayak or go waterskiing on the Gannel. You can walk to Crantock beach by following the Gannel.

However if your like us and want to escape the busy beach areas the best place is on your doorstep as its quiet on the Gannel even in the peak of summer. Offering you peace of mind as you are able to see the children having fun in the warm rock pools whilst you relax on the beach. After a busy day at the beach why not relax in the hot tub, or end the day with a tasty barbeque.

Whether you are seeking a quiet relaxing holiday or something with more entertainment, then Newquay has it all, and is suitable for all ages. If you are wanting to take a break from the cooking then Newquay and surrounding area hosts an abundance of famous restaurants including Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein's and not so famous, and of course many first class Cornish country pubs, if you are looking for clubs then Newquay has it all.

This house is perfect for families and couples who want an all round holiday. GROUPS OF UNDER 21'S, STAGE DO'S AND HEN DO'S S PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE THIS IS A FAMILY HOLIDAY HOME.

Please note that linen and towels are provided for 11 guests. If you need use of the sofa bed you will have to bring bedding for that and towels.

Also whilst a travel cot is provided in the house due to health and safety we cannot provide the bedding therefore you must bring some with you should you wish to use it.

The lounge is spacious and bright with leather suite. It has a 52 inch TV, with DVD, Video, and a stereo system coffee tables, Wi-Fi. The large patio window gives dramatic views over the Gannel Estuary, which leads to the decking area.

The Kitchen has all the facilities you could wish for with a large fridge/freezer with ice facility, Double Oven, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Disposal point, Coffee machines, Toaster, i-pod sound sytem etc. Everything is left for your use, including Crystal cut glasses for your pleasure.

Separate Dining room, with sofa bed and stereo. Please note that the listing states that the property is available for 11 people however there is a possibility of sleeping an extra 2 small people on a standard size sofa bed.

Utility room with washer/dryer

The Master bedroom with ensuite has a Super King Size bed, TV, Stereo, a leather sofa and chair in fornt of the large patio doors that opens to a balcony which overlooks the beach and Gannel estuary. This Balcony is sheltered from the wind and has a table and chairs so that you can sit and admire the view over a glass of wine. There are three further double bedrooms with king size beds a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bedroom. 4 out of the 6 bedrooms have TV/DVD.

All the houses on the street are private individually designed houses and known for being one of the most sort after areas in Newquay. The road doesnt lead anywhere so there is little traffic, in fact only the residents or the occasional people admiring the houses and views.
To the front of the house there is a decking area. It is equipped with tables and chairs, a gas log fire, and barbeque. It is wonderfull to sit and admire the beautiful views.
To the rear of the house is a private garden with table chairs and charcoal babeque. Nestled in the corner is a hot tub for your pleasure, there is nothing better than relaxing after a hard day than letting the water massage you, or to sit at night in the warmth and watch the stars.
