Casa Nika is located near Carvoeiro, a typical old Portuguese fishing village. Nature lovers will enjoy spectacular cliff top walks, including 7 Hanging Valleys and Benagil, starting at the doors of the apartment, gold sand beaches and occasional walk in Monchique eucalyptus hills.

Fantastic local restaurants with live Fado singers are close by, and so are shops and golf and tennis courses. There is a lot to do for all tastes: sports and leisure, culture, arts, local cuisine, and all within easy reach!

Casa Nika is only 30 min drive from the Algarve airport - Faro. The Casa Nika apartment is part of a safe and private condominium of 24 similar apartments.

The apartment is spacious, cosy, and private, always cool and relaxing. Very family and kids friendly and comfortable, equipped with everything for a fantastic stay: modern complete kitchen, large nice bedrooms, cosy lounge with a fireplace for all year stay, large terraces with comfy garden furniture and access to condominium gardens, and a beautiful pool.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is not required as a smart design ensured that it is always cool in the apartment, without causing allergies by air-conditioning. It is extremely child friendly, with easy access for mature guests. For visitors staying through colder months, a lovely working fire place is available, making winter nights cosy and warm!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Veronica (the owner) a message.

If Veronica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
