The property is situated in Pentire approximately 0.5 miles from Newquay town centre,with views over Fistral Beach & Newquay Golf courseI.
The local beaches are suitable for Surfing,Body-boarding,kite-surfing etc.
The area benefits from coastal walks, a range shopping and banking facilities as well as having an array of fashionable bars and restaurants. There is a bus and railway service to outlining area and Newquay Airport is approximately 7 miles from the town centre.

The property was wonderful..well positioned, just 2 mins from Fistral Beach with amazing views. Dog friendly. In fact the whole of Cornwall is dog friendly so I would recommend a visit. Walking along the beach was so relaxing and if a photographer a paradise. When you add amazing weather..who wants to travel to foreign climes...

Great location with lovely views over Fistral. Plenty of room for 3 generation family, with all the facilities we needed. Clean. Owner easily contactable. What more could you want?

“Best place in Newquay!”
This place is the best place I've stayed in! Location is right in front of Fristral beach with amazing views with town centre only 10min walk. There are loads of parking spaces for 2 cars maybe you could get 3 if not busy. The house is spotlessly clean ,stylish with loads of space for us which was a party of 7. The house is over 3 floors. The groud floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with a power shower to get all the sand off your wetsuits.2nd floor is the living room with a nice big tv and a xbox.Also the kitchen with all the mod cons. There another 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs.Neil was a great host happy to help with anything.thanks. We come to Newquay every year and will definitely return.

“Great location, great house”
Great holiday in this house, second time we have stayed. We had a issue with the WiFi and unfortunately I'd had to take work with me, Neil (owner) came down the following day with a new router. Great service, good for 3 couples or 2 with kids would be a bit tight with more folk unless you were just using it to sleep and then it would be fine.

We had a fabulous long weekend in Oct 2012. The view from the lounge overlooks the golf course and Fistral beach, great way to check out the surf conditions. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to visit again.
