Cornwall's most famous holiday attraction is probably the Eden Project which is only 21 miles away, near St Austell.

For walkers, the 258 miles of Cornwall's coastal footpath can be joined just across the road.

Jamie Oliver's 15 restaurant can be found at nearby Watergate Bay. Further along the coast at Padstow is Rick

Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant.

“The apartment really is as good as it looks from the pictures.”

Excellent 2 week stay for all the family. Great views and accommodation and the best we've stayed at. Well looked after and couldn't fault the overall experience. Good location for families of all ages.

“A very comfortable apartment in a cracking location”

We had the pleasure and privilege of staying here in July 2013. We were blessed with beautiful weather, but even if that had not been the case the apartment would have still met our every need. It is spacious, very well appointed and equipped. It's clean and decorated to a very high standard. Little touches such as fresh flowers and a bottle of wine on arrival proves that the owners care deeply about makig the right impression with their guests. It's set in a beautifal and peaceful location and I would recommend it to anyone regardless of whether they know Newquay well (as we do) or are visiting for the first time. Being so close to the beach that you can hear the waves when you wake up in the morning is - to my mind - the perfect start to the day. We will certainly be back.

The first time we set foot in Waters Edge we fell in love with the apartment. 2013 will be our 5th year running. The views are breathtaking whatever the weather . It's even nice just sat on the balcony with a coffee or a beer just watching the world go by. What we like about Waters Edge is that it's close enough to walk into Newquay whenever you like, but just far enough away to enjoy a tranquil evening without the hustle and bustle. There is parking at the back of the property which is great as the headland is always so popular. Walking into Newquay is either via the gorgeous Fistral Beach , the scenis coastal path or by the road and only takes 10-15 minutes which saves a fortune on parking . The apartment is well equipped with everything you'll ever need, It's always clean and tidy. The double bed is soooooo comfy. The owners are lovely and always on hand should you have any questions. This really is a home from home. It's our highlight of the year. I'm getting giddy again just thinking about it
