Specious private villa for rent in Algarve near a market town of Olhao with 5 bedrooms, 3 +1 bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, parking for several cars, a secure garden with mountain views and distant sea view from the roof terrace.

Newly renovated and fully air-conditioned villa is arranged over 2 floors with 5 steps to walk and has 2 en-suites, one of it is on the ground floor, a family bathroom with a shower over the bathtub and the 4th shower-room/changing room is at the terrace and serves those who use a swimming pool and patios.

3 bedrooms are upstairs. en-suite,master bedroom has a superking size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds which can be moved together.

On the ground floor is the forth bedroom with a double bed and the fith en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds which can be moved together,

Here you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen-diner, a big living room with a formal dining area, a fireplace, two leather reclining sofas and 55 inch flat TV set. It contains internet wireless connection, internet television, fireplace, solar panels, air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen and living room area.

The villa is conveniently located just 15 min drive from Faro airport and between the old market town of Estoi (2 min) with its Roman ruins of Milreu and baroque Estoi Palace and the town of Olhao (7 min drive) with its charming Old town, marina, promenade, train station, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centre and Ria Formosa National park.

It is easy to explore Algarve as many golf courses, water parks, beaches and towns of Tavira, Loule, Vilamoura and Albufeira are just 20-30 mins away. And only half an hour drive to the Spanish boarder.

This villa is perfect for a holiday with family and friends. It contains wireless connection, internet television, fireplace, solar panels, air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen and living room area.

We have installed a BBQ for guests use & also have a full tennis court for your enjoyment.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
