From the owner

This is a new (2018) detached, self catering holiday barn situated on a beautiful country site on our beef and sheep farm. The accommodation is located 1 mile from Upper Lough Erne, in County Fermanagh. The barn is nestled at the edge of Knockninny Hill which is a very popular site for hill walkers and bird watchers. Knockninny Hill is home to a large herd of wild goats and deer. The accommodation is very conveniently located sitting just half a mile from the main Enniskillen to Dublin road. The barn is close to all that Fermanagh tourism attraction have to offer, some of these include, Cuilcagh Mountain (there is a clear view of Cuilcagh from the barn), Marble Arch Caves, Florencecourt House and Gardens, Crom Castle, Lough Erne Golf Resort, Castle Coole etc.. Upper Lough Erne is only 1 mile away from property where boat hire, picnic tables and a man made beach is available. Many fishermen enjoy this area too.

Our barn sleeps 5 adults and there is also a cot. A mattress is available for extra guests. The accommodation is ideal for families, couple and friends. Derrylin village is just 2 miles away and the lakeside town of Enniskillen is just 10 to 15 minutes away.

The barn has 2 bed rooms - one consists of a double bed and a cot, and the other bedroom consists of a double bed and a single bed. There is a shower room directly beside both of these bedrooms.

Downstairs there is a living room/dining area, a kitchen, a shower room/toilet, and a large size cupboard. The living room has a log burning stove of which sticks are available off the farm. There is a TV, CD player and DVD player in the living room also. There is also a washing machine in the property for guest use.

Guests are welcome to view the cows and calves and the sheep and lambs on the farm.

We hope you have a pleasant stay with us at Knockninny Barn and if there is anything you need just let us know.
