Come to Newquay and holiday in style at LOWENZA, a modern split level mews house beside the sea. With panoramic views over the whole of Newquay Bay as far as Trevose Head Lighthouse, this jackpot location is just a 2 minute walk from the town centre and 2 more to Towan Beach, yet placed in a quiet spot where you and your family can relax on the balcony in the evenings. Or if you prefer, join the vibrant night life of Newquay's many clubs and restaurants! With comfortable and modern furniture and high quality décor, free superfast WiFi, as well as the usual facilities you would expect from a top class holiday, there is also private parking for 2 cars and a large secure store (with tap and hosepipe) at the rear of the car port for your bikes, surf boards, wetsuits and all those buckets and spades. There are also 4 body-boards.

Lowenza is reverse level in layout. The house is bright and light all year. Upstairs the generous living area enjoys spectacular sea views and includes a 50 inch full HD TV with Chromecast, DVD and CD player with docking station. There are books, DVDs and family games for your entertainment. Across the landing, the main bedroom also has sea views, ample storage and a TV with integral DVD player together with a very comfortable double bed, and with a shower room next door. Downstairs there is a bedroom with TV and (new for 2018) two 3 foot single beds, which can zip and clip together if needed to make a queen sized bed (just tell us your requirements and we will arrange them accordingly). There is also a luxury bed settee in the lounge, providing additional flexibility, allowing up to 6 people (MAXIMUM 4 ADULTS) to enjoy this unique property. There is a bathroom with shower downstairs, and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

All bedlinen, towels, tea towels, dish cloths, fairy liquid, washing tablets, bin liners, toilet rolls, etc etc are included as well as a welcome pack to get you started, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and a bottle of wine to kick your holiday off in style! The owners live 5 minutes away if you should require any advice or assistance. Cot and high chair are available, and a safety gate is fitted at the top of the stairs.This property is maintained in immaculate condition, and cleaned to the highest standard by the owners themselves: please note that SMOKING is permitted only in the covered area outside and on the balcony; please also note that we only accept bookings from FAMILIES or COUPLES. Pets are not normally allowed except in certain circumstances (please check with the owners). Check in is at 2pm, check out 10am during high season, but can be flexible at other times.

“Great home in a central location”

We stayed at Lowenza for a week recently and had a fantastic stay. Lowenza is a modern and very well equipped holiday home and is in a very good location, only taking us 5 minutes to walk to the shops and less that 10 minutes to the beach. It is also a very good base for exploring other parts of Cornwall. Very easy to book and good communication from its owners John and Barb, We would definitely book Lowenza again when we are next in Newquay and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone else. John and Barb think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks for helping us have a great holiday!

“The perfect holiday house in Newquay”

Amazing house in perfect location and great view. Couldn't ask for more. Had a wonderful half term holiday. John and Barb, thanks, it really felt like home. Can only dream what would it be like during the summer and 5 minutes walk from the beach/surf. Will definitely visit again.

“Just perfect”

We really enjoyed our stay at Lowenza, John and Barb had thought of everything, the house is modern, clean and very well equipted, the welcome pack was a very nice touch and it was greatly appreciated. It is close to the town, just a short walk but not too close to be noisy at night. The comunication from John and Barb was excellent and all the information needed was provided in the house, places to visit and eat out. I would highly recommend Lowenza and would like to thank John and Barb for a great stay in their holiday home and we would love to stay again in the near future. Barry and Sue.

Given the number of 5-star reviews for Lowenza, we had high hopes for our stay and we're pleased to say that it didn't disappoint! John and Barb were great hosts from the start, promptly responding to our booking and questions about parking. The welcome pack (coffee, tea, milk and a bottle of wine) was a lovely touch - and well received. The house itself is beautifully kept and has everything you might need - a definite home away from home. Being so close to the centre of Newquay is also a huge bonus, meaning that after a busy day surfing or exploring Cornwall, we could easily park up at Lowenza and stroll into town for dinner and drinks or simply watch the sea from the living room window. Lowenza is 100% worthy of its 5-star reviews and we'd return in a heartbeat.

“"Fantastic apartment, great location"”

Stayed for a week in this fab spotless apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there. There were great views from the balcony which you could enjoy with a glass or two of wine!! The location was excellent with only a few minutes into Newquay centre and access to the wonderful beaches. My children especially liked 'their space' downstairs.. which kept them quiet! As the weather was good we did not have to utilise the many games, dvds etc that were all in the apartment. Will definitely visit again and would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

What a great apartment! Everything that you need is provided for. A lovely welcome pack of wine, orange juice, teabags etc., and a vase of fresh flowers! Located in a great position for Newquay town centre, and near to local beaches. We will definitely be returning. Well done John and Barb!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
