From the owner

Bay View is situated in Sea Road, with wonderful views over St. Austell Bay. Superbly located for walkers, the South West coastal path is a stones throw away. Carlyon bay Golf Course is a 5 minute walk away as is the unspoiled Port of Charlestown with its harbour-side restaurants. A ten minute drive will take you to The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey and Mevagissey. The accommodation was totally rebuilt in 2010 and with five bedrooms, the master bedroom is upstairs with a balcony overlooking the bay it also has a dressing room and a large bathroom complete with power shower cubicle, large bath and twin basins. The second bedroom is also upstairs with 3 single beds and an on-suite shower room. There are a further two bedrooms down stairs in the main house one double with on suite shower room and one with full size bunk beds adjacent to the down stairs cloakroom with power shower. During the rebuilding of Bay View we created a new West wing on the ground floor sleeping 3 persons (Accessible through a separate side entrance also accessible through an adjoining door from the main house) consisting of large lounge with patio door and glass enclosed balcony, bathroom with bath, power shower cubicle and bidet and a further bedroom with a double and single beds, a patio door and patio at the rear. Please note that for bookings of up to 8 persons the wing will automatically not be included,

Thanks for your review if you were booking Bay View for 12 adults the west wing would be included which would give you 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms and two lounges one of which has a double sofa bed.

If Ces (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
