Set in a large private condominium of townhouses, this wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining room. The house has a large private terrace ideal for sunbathing and each bedroom has its own balcony. The shared pools are surrounded by vast and carefully manicured green areas.

Located in a quiet private condominium just a 10-minute drive to the beach, this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining room. The home also has a large private terrace ideal for sunbathing and each room has its own balcony. The shared adult and children's pools have peaceful views of vast and carefully manicured green areas. 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed or 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a desk. The second bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a desk.

The main bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. The guest bathroom on the main floor has a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse, terrace, parking spaces, pool, and green areas.

SEF Requirements

1. Quiet time is between 11:00 PM (23:00) and 7:00 AM (7:00).
2. Guests will be charged €25 for leaving trash behind.
3. Accidents happen but remember the doors CAN'T be opened from the outside (and sometimes the inside) without a key, so ALWAYS keep the keys with you when you go outside! And please be careful with them as they are expensive to replace. Locking yourself out or losing the keys will result in a charge of €30. Losing or breaking an entry remote will result in a charge of €70.

How do damage deposits work?

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
