10 Old Exchange Court is a comfortable, spacious and luxurious apartment complete with a beautiful roof top garden affording fantastic views of the surrounding area. The apartment is set in the highly sought after area of Ballyhackamore in East Belfast. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people in two double rooms with the option of a further guest on a single bed which is in a separate room on the lower level of the apartment to ensure privacy.

There is a generously sized bathroom with a good sized bath, there is an also a separate shower cubical which is home to a pump powered power shower which is a superb way to relax and unwind after a long day. Both of the double bedrooms offer ample storage for clothes and luggage.

For any cooking requirements there is a 5 burner gas hob and electric oven, and of course needless to say all the kitchen essentials such as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans alongside a microwave oven and kettle. On the top level the roof top garden offers superb views of East Belfast and the surrounding countryside.

Fresh and clean linen is provided in all bedrooms and the bathroom.

Hello Jackson. We are very disappointed to read your comments and believe this was a very unfair review. As your booking was made using Tripadvisor we do not have the authority to cancel or amend your booking. All cancellations must be made by the guest using the online travel agent used to make the bookings. We are unable change the terms and conditions, this can only be done Via Tripadvisor. We cannot find any record of a request to TripAdvisor asking to cancel the booking at any time. This is the only bad review we have received over the course of the pandemic. We refunded over £64.000 to our guests over this period. We are sorry that on your occasion that no refund was made but this was out of our control due to the Tripadvisor terms and conditions (not ours) which you agreed to at the time of booking. Tripadvisor have T &C's to protect the guests and the hosts. Kind regards. Ian.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
