Privately owned holiday home only 10 minutes drive from Newquay, The apartment offers contemporary, stylish and comfortable accommodation. Situated in the heart of Cornwall and minutes drive from the main A30, the properties provide a great base from which to explore Cornwall, visit the many beaches in the area and take in the tourist attractions such as Eden Project (30 mins drive), Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo to name but a few.

The property is not suitable for young group bookings (stag and hen dos) and it is located on a family holiday site, Atlantic Reach.

The open plan living room and kitchen is light and spacious with dining table, sofa, coffee table and TV with freeview and DVD. The glass doors open onto a patio which has table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/ hob, microwave, fridge and all cutlery/crockery etc required.

The first floor has two good size bedrooms (double and a twin) and a bathroom with shower. There is central heating for winter breaks.

There is plenty to do in Newquay, including the Oasis water park which is a ten minute drive with water slides, lazy river and large heated fun pool. There is good night life in town for those looking for this, or for those looking for a quieter life, the properties allow easy parking and a safe environment for children away from the hustle and bustle of town.

Vibrant holiday centre with the best surfing beaches in the UK. Easily accessible to all major roads.

Why can't I call Jonathan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jonathan (the owner) a message.

If Jonathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
