A stylish, luxury two bedroom upper floor apartment in a Grade 2 listed building in the centre of Aberaeron. The apartment is part of a recent major building conversion and sensitive re-modernisation of the former HSBC Bank in 2018.

The apartment, which has its own entrance and stairway, provides exceptional comfort and quality contemporary furnishings and consists of an open-plan fully fitted modern kitchen/ dining area with seating for four/ lounge with TV and two sofas. There are two spacious light and airy bedrooms, one double with a king sized bed and the other with 2 single beds, and a good size bathroom with shower and bath. A notable feature are the excellent views over the “Square Field” and the countryside beyond. A lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. The square Field hosts various annual events and festivals, including the Carnival, Garden and Crafts Festival, Seafood, All Wales Tug-of-War Championships and Welsh Ponies and Cobs Festival.

The apartment is situated within the heart of the idyllic holiday town of Aberaeron (voted best town in Wales 2016) with its picturesque harbour area and architectural interest. It is only about 250 yards away from the Cardigan Coast. The town offers a range of facilities and services along with excellent restaurants, chic cafes and beautiful shops. There are excellent clean sandy beaches nearby, lovely parks and riverside walks. For the more energetic there are wonderful coastal and cycle paths with breathtaking views where one might sport dolphins.
