“'Fantastic'” We have just returned from a fabulous stay at this fantastic lodge , it had everything you needed and is situated in a peaceful position on a great site , I was amazed at how spotless clean it was and the owners are more than happy to meet and greet you at their lodge. We were very lucky to have amazing weather and clear nights for our stargazing on the deck , the lodge is excellently situated for this due to the outlook from where it's positioned. Thanks again for our brilliant 4 night break , we would love to return sometime.

“Brilliant!” Was spotless, comfy beds, pillows all utensils required. Julie & Jim lovely people. First holiday for us with the grandchildren without parents. Didn't know the area but found loads to do and on our 1 miserable day the pool was great. Will be back.

“Wonderful Weekend” My husband and I were invited by a friend to Southwaite Green to celebrate their Silver Wedding Anniversary. Beckside is just lovely with everything you would want, added to that the green ethos of the whole project made our stay even more enjoyable, knowing that this place lies very gently on the earth and contributes to the growing awareness of what our actions are doing to our planet. I could have stayed much longer and explored the walks, fells and lovely villages and towns around. I know I will be back.

“Excellent would definitely recommend” House is tastefully decorated & very well equipped. Cleanliness to a high standard too. My husband & I only stayed for a weekend with our 2 young girls & our dog but we would return for a longer stay when we visit the area again. We booked this at very short notice & Elaine was very speedy in responding to my enquiry & great communication throughout.

“Lovely cottage” This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, its in a quiet location yet handy for exploring the surrounding towns /villages. Twenty minute walk to a lovely pub. The owner is lovely and communicates really well with you prior to your arrival. Would definately recommend this cottage.
