“Fantastic location, very clean and management staff were extremely helpful” The villa was everything as expected in an ideal location just out of the busy nightlife close by (which was of walking distance) as a group of 7 friends and family who were in our mid twenties, we loved sunbathing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub/jacuzzi at night to wind down. When we wanted to go out and enjoy the night life the nearby restaurants and bars were very good, and with the local bus service being only €1 we hopped on and off into the busy scene of protaras where the bars and restraunts were endless. The local supermarkets are expensive but the management staff gave us a lift to the nearby supermarket which was of normal value for money, they also gave great recommendations for bars, restraunts and sight seeing hot spots all of which we enjoyed. We also made use of the BBQ provided which had a rotisserie device. The beach was only a 10 minute walk and was really clean with lots of water activities to do including parasailing and hiring jet skis, which we all loved! I would highly recommend the water park, great for all ages. The weather was amazing! More than we could have hoped for, and everyone in and around the area were so kind and friendly. We will definitely be considering a return in the near future.

“Superb spacious Villa , Great views , lovely location . Well maintained .” We have visited Villa Dioni for two years now . We will visit again because for our family of six it suits all our needs . The villa is well equipped and spacious .The rooms all have Air conditioning available and upstairs rooms all have access to a large balcony area , via patio doors, with lovely extensive sea views. The views of the sea are a wonderful backdrop to the large pool area which is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and a pretty garden . The Gazebo and Barbeque area are great for long lazy afternoons and we found it was our favourite location for many dinner parties at night ! There are many large local supermarkets which make this a great place to self cater if you want to tear yourself away from the local restaurants which were very friendly and had excellent fresh food. The Owners are very attentive and maintain the property to a high standard . They are easily contactable and quick to attend to matters should they arise which is comforting when travelling with the family. The main beach at Coral Bay has plenty of watersports on offer for teens and lots of sand for younger children. You will also find plenty of places to eat and drink in Coral Bay as well as Car hire and Jeep Safari .This Villa appeals to us because we can relax in privacy or easily join in with the activites on offer nearby . Lovely , Can't wait to go back !

“Great stay at Jenny's villa!” We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We stayed for a month on beautiful Cyprus and had an amazing time in the villa. Murray, the caretaker of the villa, is an amazing guy who helped us get familiar with the villa, the island and everything there is to know. Would love to go back again.

“A truest fabulous villa” I stayed with my family at the Villa Alasia in July 2018. There were 6 adults 2 children and 2 infants. The villa was large enough to accommodate all of us with room to spare. What was really nice is that all 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom, there was an additional cloakroom on the ground floor. The villa on arrival was very clean, there was a nice welcome basket of food stuffs and drinks left for us. So even though arriving in the early hours of the morning we could have something to eat and drink. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need for our stay. There was plenty to keep all of us occupied when at the villa, with satellite tv including a movie channel and sports. There were games for the children to play. There was a small trampoline in the garden for the children, and for the bigger children there was a table tennis table and pool table. The biggest plus outside was the pool and pool area. There was a nice large pool, never crowded even with us all in it, and numerous inflatables. The pool was immaculately clean and was kept that way for our entire stay. The pool area was large with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There was also a cover dining area that seated all of us. There was even a stone bbq for when we wanted to eat in. We met the owner on a couple of occasions during our stay, he was very friendly and very helpful. The villa is in a beautiful secluded location, with fantastic views of both the sea and the mountains. The beach is within 75 metres, right on the beach is a terrific bar/restaurant named Santa Barbara. We visited this restaurant on numerous occasions. The owners George and Andrea are very friendly, as our the staff who the majority of are family. The food was lovely and the drink is plentiful. Highly recommend a visit to the restaurant for anyone staying at the villa. There are other restaurants and several mini market/bakeries close by but a car is essential for getting around the area The only problem we had at the villa was having to leave after our holiday was over. We loved our two weeks in the villa and intend to return next year. Highly recommend this villa.

“Fantastic resort” A fantastic resort with lots to do. Clean and very spacious apartment well located within this beautiful island and only a short transfer from the airport. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily return.

“Fantastic villa, with great view.” We stayed in this villa for two weeks,( two family's with 4 teenagers) , and had a really great time ...the villa is very spacious, clean and modern. We have stayed in a few villas and this has been the best. The view at night is lovely ....sitting on the balcony seating ,area,overlooking paphos and coral bay area. Peyia is a good base for the sights of this side of Cyprus.the villa is peaceful and quiet ...but then it's not far by car to coral bay or paphos.we would love to return again as soon as possible! .

“Excellent villa and location” We had a great stay,the villa was clean,well equipped and in a great location,close to Pernera and the beaches and there was a bus stop nearby which you can catch to Protaras & Ayia Napa.What we really appreciated as we didn't have a car was that Chaz who is part of Cyprus villa rentals took us grocery shopping,what a star,nothing is too much trouble for this couple their customer service is excellent and I will be telling all my friends who fancy Cyprus that they should use Jo and Chaz@Cyprusvillalettings,Thank you for a great stay
