“Fantastic Villa” Myself and my husband had a 10 day stay in this lovely villa which was home from home. It was literally minutes away from the shops, bars and restaurants and a little further to the beach. The pool is excellent and very welcome after a hot day's sunbathing on the very comfy sunbeds. Extra thank you for the late check out which was extremely helpful and made our holiday that extra special. I would definitely recommend the villa and would book again

“Great Apartment” Just back from 12 days in sunny Cyprus. June & Marks apartment was a great place to stay everything you need & more was there to use. The area was nice and quite but only a short walk to the restaurants & bars. When we go back to Cyprus there's only one place were going to book number 28 Aphrodite Gardens. Thanks again. “Amazing holiday at fantastic villa” We booked Villa Coralie for my husband-to-be's family to stay at for a week in July as we were getting married out there. We also booked various accommodation for the remainder of our 40 guests. Villa Coralie was the only accommodation we booked that met and exceeded expectation. My in-laws had a fabulous week, the pool and the garden are amazing. The villa is spotless, homely and very comfortable. The added bonus of having Lynne and Allen next door to deal with any queries or problems was the icing on the cake - they were very helpful, friendly and informative. This was the first villa holiday my in-laws have booked, but won't be the last! Having stayed at the beautiful villa coralie they are now fully converted to villa holidays! All in all, a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday, would definitely recommend!

“haven of relaxation” the service you get from George the owner and his wife Maria is excellent with nothing too much trouble.The property is clean spacious and quite.It is within easy reach(5 min walk to shops and bars in Coral Bay and to local beaches and watersports etc if you want more action and night life) of local amenities.Great road links to rest of island including Paphos and local airport.The location allows you to choose the type of holiday you want and will cater for all the family or couples alike. I always come away relaxed and destressed and can not wait to return again next year.

“Great place to stay” Spent a week in this villa, arrived 14th September, and could not fault a thing. Villa was very clean, tidy and spacious, plenty of room for the 5 of us (all adults) who stayed there. The complex is a little bit away from Paphos harbour area but only a five minute walk to the bus stop and only 1.50 euros each way (think it was around 12 euros one way in a taxi). Communication with Paul the owner was excellent and very informative. Kettle didn't work when we arrived and a new one was delivered the next day. The complex was fairly quiet at that time of year which was fine as we mostly had the pool to ourselves the days we didn't go out. Highly recommend the full day boat trip on the Wave Dancer, entertainment and food was the best I have ever experienced on a boat trip anywhere. Corallia beach is a bus ride away, a little bit further than Coral Bay beach but well worth spending the day there (although only a very basic shop there but enough for a day on the beach). Meze at the Coral King restaurant in Coral Bay was amazing, we weren't fit to move after!!. Chloe's Chinese restaurant on Tomb of Kings Road (near Lidl) was definitely worth a visit too and a night out in Bar Street (Harbour area) is a must. “we had a fantastic holiday at a lovely apartment” We had never visited Cyprus before and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how safe we felt. We dined at various different restaurants in the area, mainly by the marina and had a lovely meal at each and every one of them (including Pizza Hut). when we arrived at the airport from the UK Diane had arranged a taxi to take us to the apartment, on arrival we were met by Max the caretaker of the apartment who showed us how to use the air conditioning and tv etc. there was also a welcome pack of the basics needed including, milk, bread tea etc,until we were able to visit the local shops for supplies. The apartment was lovely.. clean and modern with everything needed for a very comfortable stay... home from home!!!. we would definately recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in Cyprus... Thank you

“Lovely!” We stayed in Villa Laroc after having spent another week in Paphos. We arrived back last night and would happily get on a plane today to go back to Peters villa given half the chance! The villa was what we would call "home from home" It's a "lived in" villa and clearly is someones second home. We like that a lot (compared to some of these posh and fancy places that aren't comfortable or if you put a cup down it'd look out of place) Peters home is extremely comfortable, welcoming, and has everything you could possbly need for a week or fortnight away, The garden particularly is probably one of the BEST gardens where we've had the pleasure to sunbathe in. The pool is to die for - and enjoys a thoroughly private outlook. We loved that as our previous place the week before was looked on from all directions. We loved the silence in the evenings! The location is good and Peters comms were good also. We would 100% recommend Peters villa and had a brilliant week living in it. Thank you.

“Can't wait to return!” This was my first visit to Villa Rioca & my first to the Coral Bay Area although will definitely not be my last! We had high expectations of the villa given the wonderful reviews we had read prior to booking and the fantastic personal service we received from the owners during the booking process . Arriving at the villa we were not disappointed. The villa is furnished to a very high spec, modern yet maintaining a wonderful homely feel. The kitchens & bathrooms are lovely. The cleaning & maintenance is of a very high standard. The gardens & pool are breathtaking and beautiful. We had hired a car so visited the surrounding shops & beaches which were fantastic, although we slightly resented having to leave our wonderful surroundings & would have happily remained at the villa for the duration of our stay! I would highly recommend this villa...in fact I have recommended it to my own family of friends, one of which has already booked up for this summer! I will also be in contact again very soon to book my next stay for later in the year!

“Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Close to restaurants etc"” The whole experience was a good one. Booked the holiday on New Year's Day when we fancied some sunshine to look forward to. The owner responded straight away and communicated with us to make the booking easy. The villa was beautiful...clean,well presented and v well equipped. The on site service was second to none. They even helped us sort out our wi fi which as everyone knows is not always easy! Kids loved the pool. We could sit in the sun or in the shaded areas sipping our ouzos. Really good relaxing time. Minus point was that the taxi driver we had booked didn't turn up at the airport and the one who took us back tried to charge us 20 euros more than he estimated....otherwise a really great week.

“Fabulous ... didn't want to leave!” Stayed at Villa Alexia 10th – 17th October 2012. On arrival we were greeted by Bill who, along with his Wife Kathy, look after the villa for the UK owners. Bill and Kathy are a fab couple and always on hand to assist in any way they can. LOCATION: Easy 15 minutes’ drive from Paphos airport. The villa is located in a well maintained, residential area; about 2 minutes’ drive to Secret Valley Golf Club/ 5 minutes’ drive to Aphrodite Hills Golf Club/Aphrodite Hills village square (with nice restaurants) and just minutes from Aphrodite’s Rock. Approx. 15 minutes’ drive to Paphos centre/Kato Paphos. Note: Car hire is essential but roads are very easy and well signed - so no problem at all (it’s just like driving in the UK). VILLA ALEXIA: Excellent! INSIDE it is clean, spacious and modern – well designed open plan kitchen, lounge and dining space to the ground floor which works brilliantly. Air con is great. Sky TV and a vast selection of DVD’s (for children and adults). Great selection of books to borrow on the first floor – we took our own books and left them when finished to add to the collection. We enjoyed the sea view from the first floor master bedroom balcony. OUTSIDE: Lovely private large garden (villas are adjacent but Alexia remains private), pool was good size too. We enjoyed lunches on the patio/terrace. BBQ available. The whole outside space is a great sun trap, literally all day! (but plenty of shade when you want it). Tip: A fabulous ice cream van stops on the road across from the villa every afternoon about 2.30pm! Large Supermarket 5 minutes’ drive away (on the way to Pissouri) with petrol station across the road. Lovely selection of fresh veg and breads. We did a ‘big shop’ on arrival and just topped up when needed (normally to replenish wine!). OUT AND ABOUT: We enjoyed a lovely meal at Gabriels in Kouklia; lovely relaxed atmosphere with great food and drink – excellent value at 40 Euro including food/wine/beer and some local tipple which was amazingly strong! Kouklia, just 5 minutes’ drive away, is a sweet little village having just a couple of shops, small supermarket, church and handful of eateries. We loved also the Fish and Chip shop in Mandria (it’s not to be missed; portions are huge and the fish is the best ever! Take Away available too.) Mandria is also only just down the road, again small village with just a handful of shops and eateries, and a beach – a little more commercialised than Kouklia, but nice. We ate also at the Italian restaurant at Aphrodite Hills Village Square – slightly more expensive but lovely outdoor setting and food was beautiful. Upstairs bar is good afterwards for drinks. We enjoyed afternoon at Pissouri too – this is about 15 minutes’ drive up a steep hill (view back down the hill is great) the village itself has lots of winding streets filled with nice traditional restaurants, pubs, little bars. We followed signs for Pissouri beach and it turned out to be a good 10 minutes’ drive away from the village! This was our first visit to Cyprus and we loved it. We are so glad that we stayed at Villa Alexia as it made our holiday everything we wanted it to be. Only one negative …. we only booked the villa for one week - which just wasn’t enough!! From the point we booked with the owners (Ellie and Ian) we had excellent communication via email and any questions we had prior to arriving were answered immediately by either Ellie or Kathy. Superb, friendly service from all! We had a good walk around the lovely estate one afternoon to have a nosey at other villas and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND VILLA ALEXIA. If you book any other villa on Secret Valley in this price bracket – we feel you will be missing out!
