From the owner

Villa Kecah is a family run luxury holiday villa located at the new Venus Rock Resort, Secret Valley. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high specification, set in a professionally landscaped garden. The villa is only fifteen minutes from Paphos International Airport and Paphos town, five minutes from Secret Valley, Elea and Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubs. Close to Aphrodite's Rock, beaches, waterparks, the tavernas of Pissouri and Kouklia, the A6 coastal route to Limassol and the Troodos mountains. A traditional stone wall with a single gated, stone pathway leads to the villa through the fully landscaped garden. Directly accessible from the patio and sun terrace area, the lozenge shaped swimming pool has steps a ladder and a poolside shower. The garden around the swimming pool is planted especially for year round colour and fragrance. Pathways lead from the front to the rear of the villa. The medium sized rear garden is planted with aromatic herbs, pepper tree, citrus fruit trees and banana plants. This area is ideal to catch the early morning sun and provides a shady area to relax in the afternoon. It also has a gated entrance with parking for two vehicles. Solar garden lights illuminate the entrance and pathway at night. We are very proud to have a number of families who have returned several times.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Douglas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
