“Fantastic, spacious villa” We had a super stay at Lemon Grove Villa. We found the villa very spacious and an ideal layout for our party consisting from children up to grandparents! We all had a spacious bedroom with our own bathrooms. We particularly liked the large, spacious outside area and the quiet location the villa was in making it so peaceful night and day. Max was particularly helpful and welcomed us into the villa despite having a late night arrival. He took the time to show us around and gave us lots of useful information on the local area . The welcome pack was greatly appreciated after a late night arrival and so were the complimentary toiletries- particularly the “after bite soothing balm” which was fantastic for the odd mosquito bite! This was our first visit to Cyprus but we will definitely be returning again and would not hesitate to book Lemon Grove Villa. Thanks Kevin, the owner, for the quick responses to our emails and questions. I have already been recommending the villa to colleagues at work.

“Fabulous villa” We had two very relaxing weeks at this lovely villa. The location is great, about 15 minutes walk fro the supermarket and Coral Bay and about five minutes from a lovely restaurant (Neo's) The supermarket picks you up from the villa and takes you home after shopping if you spend 20 euros, which was really great. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We had a lovely welcome pack when we arrived late and fresh pastries the following morning. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need and the terrace and sea views are fabulous. Our teenagers loved the pool with basket ball hoop, the bikes, table tennis, table football and the pool table...We had a fabulous holiday and can highly recommend this villa.

“Perfect Location, Perfect Villa, Perfect Holiday!!!” Everything as stated on the website, just cant fault it. A car is not necessary as the beach, the supermarket and bars/restaurants are all within 10 mins walk. However I would recommend a torch as it does get dark at 5pm in Oct/Nov and not all roads are well lit. Regular bus routes to Paphos and just 1 Euro per person. We had a very relaxing time and will have some great memories sitting by the pool eating out on the warm evenings and then going out for cheeky drinks. Perfect for chilling & relaxing to the max!!!

“Fantastic Villa” We stayed in this villa over Easter 2012. It was a beautiful place to stay and we loved everything about it. The pool area and gardens were immaculate and the villa itself was spotless and very comfortable. I don't have anything negative to say about it at all. The kids loved the pool (though it was a bit cool) and it was very central located. Coral Bay was quiet but that was because it was out of season - I have been told it is busy in the summer months, it has beautiful restaurants and pubs within walking distance and there is a local bus that takes you into Paphos for 1 euro - you need to go to Fat Mamma's for dinner as its well worth a visit. Would recommend it and am hoping to return next year.

“Fantastic Villa in a Fantastic Location!!! Not to be missed.” Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Coral Bay. This was our third stay at this resort but the first time at 4 Coral Bay Cottages. We were a bit apprehensive as we had never booked directly with an owner before but we had no need to worry. The property was even better than we could have imagined - clean, bright and well equipped we couldn't have asked for more. The private sun terrace was lovely with the sun arriving at about 11.30 which was perfect for us as we like to venture out in the morning and get back for a nice relaxing afternoon of sun bathing! The pool is shared with the 4 other properties but only 2 were occupied while we were there so we virtually had the pool to ourselves. 4 Coral Bay Cottages is a lovely, relaxing place to stay and Jim, the owner, is excellent and very helpful, even sorting out Taxis and Car hire. We would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again.‏

“Beautiful villa,great location,great pool,well equipped,very clean,smashing.” We arrived late in the evening, was very pleased to see all the lights on, very welcoming . The welcome pack was a god send.Great location with two of the best beaches right on the doorstep. Great bars and restaurants within easy reach but far enough away as not to pose a noise problem, indeed the villa location was very peaceful and tranquil. We were greeted the next day by Felix who introduced himself and was on hand to deal with any problems which may arise, we had no problems throughout our stay. The pool is a good size with shallow and deep end. Villa Hannah was a home from home with every amenity you could possibly want for your perfect stay. We rented a car but should you not wish to do so,once you have arrived at the villa there is a bus service a short walk from from the villa, ( literally 2 mins ) which will take you up to the main Coral Bay strip, ( 5 mins ) or further afield on to the main harbour at Paphos and also the water park. If you do not have a car there are many excursions which can be booked for you to explore the region further. I will not go into "tips and guidelines" as Vicky and Carl have loads of info in the Villa about where to eat and where to shop for your groceries, much more than I could ever advise. Well I would like to finish by saying my wife and I have rented many villas in and around the Paphos area and I can say without fear of contradiction that Villa Hannah is up there with the best of them, if not the best. Many thanks to Vicky and Carl for making our stay such a pleasant one, not forgetting Felix. The only drawback was ,WE SHOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER. Many thanks, The Anderson Clan

“Excellent place to stay” We all really enjoyed our stay at villa shelby, the villa was well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. This villa felt like home from home, the beds were comfy and the bedrooms were lovely with sea views from the balcony. The pool was well maintained, the villa was very clean and spacious and truly loved this villa. Lovely quiet location which was easy to get around from. “Fabulous villa, spacious comfortable well equipped and great pool!” We booked the holidat through Holiday Lettings and got excellent service, prompt and efficient. The villa is beautiful, at the end of a cul de sac with loads of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and downstairs the living/kitchen area equally spacious, well equipped and walk out to patio and pool. BBQ was great and we made use of it most nights. Best feature-large, clean pool with plenty of room around it to sunbathe or relax under the shady gazebo. Everything you need for a thoroughly relaxing time and plenty of lively night life if that is your thing!

“Fab Villa with wonderful agens who look after you” My family visted this villa in August in Cyprus this year. The Villa was so clean you could have eated your dinner off the floor! The maintenance guys Karl and Vicky were always there to make sure that everything was okay. We had a few hiccups when arrived which were promptly sorted out without any hassle at alll with a smile. The welcome pack we received was one of the best we have ever received and we have rented many villas in different countries. The pool area was fabulous and enjoyed countless bbq's in the evening with the family. There was ample space for everyone and having the downstairs tiolet was a treat for our elderly parents. The bus stop which is about a 10 minute walk from the villa was amazing as for 2 euros you could buy a day ticket and this would allow you to go as far as Paphos harbour and jump on and off the bus as much as you liked during the day. The strip is about a 30 minute walk but we used to just jump on the bus outside the supermarket next to Solemans pub. There's an abundance of places to eat and out favourites were the Tapenyaki, Elephant Bar and the italian Vageino I think it was at the top of the strip. Elephant bar has a greek night on a Thursday which is good. The chines Jade palace was lovely too we got a 25% discount for a takeaaway. We sat outside and had a lovely mean from here at the villa. The last bus from the stip is about 12.15 in the evening which is good otherwise a taxi will cost you about 10 euros. We had a VERY lazy holiday which is just what we wanted after having a hectic year of working so was lovely to chill out and relax. As you can imagine as we went in August it was very very hot and would probably look again at which time we would visit. There are 2 supermarkets to do big shops about a 5 minute drive away. As they drive on the same side of the road us us it was not a problem and you could stock up on essentials. In all we had a fab time and would like to that Glen Gaynor Vicky and Karl for a fab time you guys are a credit.

“Wonderful villa in excellent location with very helpful owner” A group of 16 of us booked this villa to go to a family wedding and it was perfect for us. It is very well equipped in an excellent location with shops restaurants and supermarket all within easy walking distance, so we didn't have to hire a car. There was plenty of space to chill out with the roof terrace and the pool area and the kids loved the pool! George the owner was really helpful if we had any problems and even drove us to the hospital personally late one night when my daughter was suffering from a really sore throat. We enjoyed it so much we have booked up again to go for a week at Christmas, and I'm sure that won't be the last time.

VILLA LAROC - Private swimming pool and gardens: not overlooked, great sea views
Lovely!

We stayed in Villa Laroc after having spent another week in Paphos. We arrived back last night and would happily get on a plane today to go back to Peters villa given half the chance! The villa was what we would call "home from home" It's a "lived in" villa and clearly is someones second home. We like that a lot (compared to some of these posh and fancy places that aren't comfortable or if you put a cup down it'd look out of place) Peters home is extremely comfortable, welcoming, and has everything you could possbly need for a week or fortnight away, The garden particularly is probably one of the BEST gardens where we've had the pleasure to sunbathe in. The pool is to die for - and enjoys a thoroughly private outlook. We loved that as our previous place the week before was looked on from all directions. We loved the silence in the evenings! The location is good and Peters comms were good also. We would 100% recommend Peters villa and had a brilliant week living in it. Thank you. … see more

Fun in the Sun

Delightful spacious villa, especially good with ensuites to every room. Adequate communal areas and charming outdoor surroundings to the pool shaded by attractive garden vegitation. Swings and childs play area. Conveniently located within easy walking distance to supermarket and a vast choice of resturants. Owner easily reached and on hand to help and advise. IDEALLY LOCATED TOWNHOUSE.

This 2 bedroom townhouse is one of a block of 5 with a shared pool very close to all the amenities of Coral Bay. Within easy walking distance of the main strip which contains some excellent restaurants and bars. For self catering it is handy for the local supermarkets with Phillipoes doing a home delivery service which includes you. Within easy walking distance of the main Coral Bay beach and handy for the bus to Coralia Bay which is a bit further away. The accommodation is well equipped and has recently had a BBQ added. Child friendly with secluded patio for privacy. Local bus stop is approx. 50 yards away. This was our seventh time here as the owners Jim and Pam are very professional and easy to deal with. Excellent villa

We arrived late at night and Simos was on hand to greet us and made us feel completely at home and relaxed providing supplies and a bottle of wine. Villa was all we expected and more, comfortable, extremely clean, totally private with all amenities including great WiFi and air con. Pool area was great not overlooked and had a view out across Coral Bay. We would highly recommend this villa and can’t thank Simos enough for all he did from first booking to His parting present of olive oil on our leaving. Coral Bay Seafront with Pool!
A Perfect Location

This was our first time to Cyprus but wont be the last . On arrival, The transfers were there waiting for us and Max gave us all the info on where most thing were around the Coral Bay area . The villa, which has an amazing view of the sea towards Paphos is ideal for a chilled , quiet & relaxing holiday just far enough away from the main street not to hear the bars but close enough to walk to . All amenities working fine and the pool area is nice and secluded from the back path . There is a supermarket ( Philippos ) 10 mins walk away which sell just about everything . Getting around is easy either by hire car or by bus (1.50 euro ) to go to Paphos . … see more
