“Perfect Location, Perfect Villa, Perfect Holiday!!!” Everything as stated on the website, just cant fault it. A car is not necessary as the beach, the supermarket and bars/restaurants are all within 10 mins walk. However I would recommend a torch as it does get dark at 5pm in Oct/Nov and not all roads are well lit. Regular bus routes to Paphos and just 1 Euro per person. We had a very relaxing time and will have some great memories sitting by the pool eating out on the warm evenings and then going out for cheeky drinks. Perfect for chilling & relaxing to the max!!!

“Wonderful villa in excellent location with very helpful owner” A group of 16 of us booked this villa to go to a family wedding and it was perfect for us. It is very well equipped in an excellent location with shops restaurants and supermarket all within easy walking distance, so we didn't have to hire a car. There was plenty of space to chill out with the roof terrace and the pool area and the kids loved the pool! George the owner was really helpful if we had any problems and even drove us to the hospital personally late one night when my daughter was suffering from a really sore throat. We enjoyed it so much we have booked up again to go for a week at Christmas, and I'm sure that won't be the last time.

“Great villa and great place” The villa was lovely! It was suited with English plugs which was was great for us! The actual villa was great and the pool was amazing, nearby is great bars and restaurants, and we loved the entire stay. Would deffo go again!

“Fabulous villa” We had two very relaxing weeks at this lovely villa. The location is great, about 15 minutes walk fro the supermarket and Coral Bay and about five minutes from a lovely restaurant (Neo's) The supermarket picks you up from the villa and takes you home after shopping if you spend 20 euros, which was really great. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We had a lovely welcome pack when we arrived late and fresh pastries the following morning. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need and the terrace and sea views are fabulous. Our teenagers loved the pool with basket ball hoop, the bikes, table tennis, table football and the pool table...We had a fabulous holiday and can highly recommend this villa.

“We'll be back again next year” We had a relaxing two week stay in a tranquil environment. The pool was perfect for the kids (although we knew it would be a bit chilly at that time of year). A great first trip to Cyprus and impressed with the quality of the villa (fantastic views and well kept garden). We had a couple of good evenings out at local restaurants recommended by the owners. Booking and travel was smooth with child friendly flight times and an easy half hour drive from the airport.

“Fab Villa with wonderful agens who look after you” My family visted this villa in August in Cyprus this year. The Villa was so clean you could have eated your dinner off the floor! The maintenance guys Karl and Vicky were always there to make sure that everything was okay. We had a few hiccups when arrived which were promptly sorted out without any hassle at alll with a smile. The welcome pack we received was one of the best we have ever received and we have rented many villas in different countries. The pool area was fabulous and enjoyed countless bbq's in the evening with the family. There was ample space for everyone and having the downstairs tiolet was a treat for our elderly parents. The bus stop which is about a 10 minute walk from the villa was amazing as for 2 euros you could buy a day ticket and this would allow you to go as far as Paphos harbour and jump on and off the bus as much as you liked during the day. The strip is about a 30 minute walk but we used to just jump on the bus outside the supermarket next to Solemans pub. There's an abundance of places to eat and out favourites were the Tapenyaki, Elephant Bar and the italian Vageino I think it was at the top of the strip. Elephant bar has a greek night on a Thursday which is good. The chines Jade palace was lovely too we got a 25% discount for a takeaaway. We sat outside and had a lovely mean from here at the villa. The last bus from the stip is about 12.15 in the evening which is good otherwise a taxi will cost you about 10 euros. We had a VERY lazy holiday which is just what we wanted after having a hectic year of working so was lovely to chill out and relax. As you can imagine as we went in August it was very very hot and would probably look again at which time we would visit. There are 2 supermarkets to do big shops about a 5 minute drive away. As they drive on the same side of the road us us it was not a problem and you could stock up on essentials. In all we had a fab time and would like to that Glen Gaynor Vicky and Karl for a fab time you guys are a credit.

“Lovely villa” Travelled to Cyprus for a family wedding , stayed here and found the villa to be in a great location and the strip of coral bays bars and restaurants five minute walk away. The villa itself was a nice size and although there was 9 adults it was plenty big. Pool was a nice size and on arrival the villa had been cleaned to a high standard. Only issue was the main bathroom shower was vey slow and we didn’t use it. Ravi the owner was on hand and answered all emails before travel and while we was at the Villa. Would return if I was to visit coral bay again .

“Fabulous villa, spacious comfortable well equipped and great pool!” We booked the holidat through Holiday Lettings and got excellent service, prompt and efficient. The villa is beautiful, at the end of a cul de sac with loads of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and downstairs the living/kitchen area equally spacious, well equipped and walk out to patio and pool. BBQ was great and we made use of it most nights. Best feature-large, clean pool with plenty of room around it to sunbathe or relax under the shady gazebo. Everything you need for a thoroughly relaxing time and plenty of lively night life if that is your thing!

“AMAZING VILLA IN A GREAT LOCATION” We stayed at this villa for 10 days in July/August 2019, we wished we had booked for 14 days as it is a lovely location with bars, restaurants and a big supermarket called Philippos. To get to Coral Bay main strip you had to walk up a hill, but was a 5-10 mins walk, so next time we will book to rent a car and visit a few places. You can book day trips which are quite reasonable, we booked the Jeep safari which was €40 for the whole day. It is a 10-15 mins walk to Coral Beach with watersports and bars/cafe. There is a bus route, bus 615 every 10 mins to get to the beach or paphos harbour for €5 per day, so you can use as many times as you like for that day. The villa was fully equipped with everything you need and very spacious as there was 7 of us there. The pool area was a great size and sunbeds for everyone. Andrew from the management company was very helpful if needed and the owner David was available by text. We hopefully be booking again for 2020. Thanks for an amazing holiday.

“Fantastic Villa” We stayed in this villa over Easter 2012. It was a beautiful place to stay and we loved everything about it. The pool area and gardens were immaculate and the villa itself was spotless and very comfortable. I don't have anything negative to say about it at all. The kids loved the pool (though it was a bit cool) and it was very central located. Coral Bay was quiet but that was because it was out of season - I have been told it is busy in the summer months, it has beautiful restaurants and pubs within walking distance and there is a local bus that takes you into Paphos for 1 euro - you need to go to Fat Mamma's for dinner as its well worth a visit. Would recommend it and am hoping to return next year.

“An outstanding holiday - one of the best we've ever had” Thank-you so much for an absolutely fantastic holiday in a superb villa. We had the most amazing family holiday and just seemed to laugh all week! We all agreed it was one of the best holiday's we've ever had. There is nothing that we would like to have been different or feel could have been improved on. We have so many happy memories but highlights included sleeping in a villa that felt good enough for a filmstar, the ice-cream van stopping literally outside the front door, my nieces and nephew being in the pool from the minute they got up until the minute they went to bed, with one of them even learning to swim whilst there, night swimming in the lit up pool and larking about with the inflatables, the gorgeous views from the villa and falling asleep to the sound of the sea....it was just magic. Yianni, the owner, was such a great help with booking the holiday and did everything he could to make our holiday the best it possibly could be.
