“One of the best villas we have stayed in!!” The Villa we stayed in was the Villa Elini and is truely a great villa. My wife, daughter of 4 and I stayed for a week and was not disapointed. the three double bedroom are very spacious and air conditioned. The layout of the longue dinner and kitchen are great with a vaulted roof running throughout. Pool was lovely and clean. The set of six villas are located on the edge of coral bay (away from the main strip, which is great. These are in an excellent location. The owner of the villas is very welcoming and accomadated our initial needs as there was a welcome food pack on our arrival! What a great place!!

“A great value villa in an established pretty setting with cracki” The villa could not have been easier to book. We had great service from the owner Paula who also directed us to other premises where we could house the in-laws as we were in Cyprus for a wedding! Paradise Villa was definitely the cream of the crop though! The information and keys provided was immensely reassuring. The villa was very easy to get to from the airport with great directions. It is part of a small, established complex of owner occupiers/holiday makers which makes it very well cared for, safe and a pretty oasis within the residential area. The local shops and bar/restaurant were also good quality. The villa was well equipped with air conditioning and boy do you need it in the Cyprus heat. We spent most of the time on the patio 3 steps from the pool and hours with the kids in the pool. The neighbours were very friendly and provided some ideas of where to travel. We had a few questions for the couple who are caretakers for the premises. They were very responsive and lovely. The villa is 15 minutes walk from the town. Just due to the immense heat in Cyprus (and three children) we were glad we had a car however saw the frequent modern bus service stopping at the end of the complex drive. Its very easy to get around and all amenities are close by. Thanks for an excellent fortnight. The service provided couldnt have been better. The villa provided everything it said on the tin (or web!!).

“Perfect ❤️” I have just returned from a lovely week in sunny Cyprus with my boyfriend & 3 year old son. I can’t not recommend this villa enough & have been telling friends and family how amazing our villa/holiday was. Dave the owner arranged a taxi to collect us at the airport to make sure we arrived safe & sound to his villa. The villa is spotless and very modern it’s fully equipped with everything from irons & hairdryers, dishwasher and washing machine. If the is anything you need you will find it in the cupboards I was also impressed with the small details like plastic cups and straws for the kids. The outside area is amazing and the sun is always shining on the pool so nice warm water. My boyfriend was very impressed with the big bbq & we had bbqs most day sitting by the outside table and chairs which is in the shade and was perfect for me. The view from the outside is picturesque. The villa is located just 5/10 min walk from the high street which has loads of restaurants & bars, we tried many and never had a bad meal while staying in coral bay. We will definitely be trying the other restaurants on our next trip to Dave’s villa. The is also a travel company that you can book day trips for boats trips and water parks at the top of the hill and a bank if you need it, the bus stop is really handy with buses every 5-10 mins into Paphos town which is only a 15 min drive away. The beach is gorgeous in coral bay and again only a short walk if you continue walking after you get to the main entrance you will find a much quieter area of beach which is perfect for small children. Dave couldn’t have been more helpful before during and after our stay. Answered all my questions and text throughout the week to make sure we was happy and ok & got back to London safe and sound. I can’t wait to go back & im sure after staying here you’d feel the same Thank you Dave X
