“AMAZING” For a private, peaceful and relaxing break, St Killian’s is an ideal choice and is in an excellent location and only a few minutes stroll to the strip with its bars, restaurants and nightlife. It was our first holiday in Cyprus and our first time staying in a Villa, which we can honestly say we had a truly amazing time and would highly recommend it. The villa was well-equipped, and we enjoyed our meals alfresco by the beautiful pool area and in the evening watched the sun set on the side terrace, with night lighting creating a relaxed ambiance. The Villa is really close to Paphos Airport which was brilliant when arriving and leaving as it wasn't a long drive at all to the Villa. We are looking forward to returning to Cyprus again soon and will certainly stay at St Killians

“FANTASTIC VILLA IN GREAT COMPLEX” We're no strangers to the town of Polis having holidayed there in one type of accommodation or other over the last twelve years. I can honestly say that this is the absolute best accommodation we have stayed in and one of the most relaxing and stress free holidays we have had. First off booking was extremely easy and hassle free by e-mail due to the very pleasant and helpful Julie. Directions and a very comprehensive info sheet on the villa, complex and town was provided. The villa is spacious, modern, well furnished and extremely well equipped. We dined out most nights but if you wanted to self cater there is every bit of kitchen equipment you could possibly ever need. The patio is lovely. The photos don't do it justice! It's spacious and is shaded by lunchtime and lovely to sit on when you want a little break from the heat. The pool is fantastic and really is about ten steps from the villa. The pool is cleaned twice a week and very well kept. It's about 100 feet long and you can certainly have a proper swim in it. The whole complex is very clean and maintained to a very high standard. The town centre is a 15 minute walk to all the lovely cafes and restaurants and a 20 minute meander on the way home. There are 2 very good big supermarkets very close by, Papantoniou and Orphanides. Both do groceries, bakeries, meats, toiletries etc. Looking forward to going back next summer. Top marks from us!!

“Great villa in a quiet location” We found the villa itself to be excellent - very quiet and conveniently located - a good supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and Coral Bay 15 minutes so is easy to get to. Local buses are good although we hired a car as it made getting around that much easier, especially when going further afield. Beware of hire firm practices though as many charge you (high prices) for a full tank & expect it to be returned empty ! The villa is finished off to a high standard with good quality furnishings ( e.g. very comfortable beds; comfortable sofas etc). It was really hot while we were there so the ceiling fans & air con were a real help as was the pool which was a really good size, very well looked after and the water was lovely and warm! Access to the internet (small extra charge) was also a bonus as it meant the kids could go on their tablets while sitting by the pool! Richard gave us a lot of useful information before we went to Cyprus while Lynne & Allen, who manage the villa were great - very helpful, giving lots of useful local advice and were very accommodating. Coral Bay itself was a nice little place - we tried a number of the restaurants and couldn’t find a bad one amongst them (Coral King; Coral Grove; Andrias etc). The kids spent a lot of time going round the souvenir shops!. We didn’t spend too much time on the beach (why would we when we had a private pool!!) but we did go on one occasion to Corali Beach (quieter than Coral Beach) & with warm water & soft sand it was a great way to spend a few hours. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Coralie - thank you for making it a great holiday for us

“Perfect!.” This villa was lovely, very clean and tidy and had everything you would need. Perfect quite location with some lovely restaurants/bars nearby. Only 10 mins away from the main town, where there were lots of restaurants, bars and shops If you wanted a bit more nightlife. Will definately return again!

“Fantastic location, very clean and management staff were extremely helpful” The villa was everything as expected in an ideal location just out of the busy nightlife close by (which was of walking distance) as a group of 7 friends and family who were in our mid twenties, we loved sunbathing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub/jacuzzi at night to wind down. When we wanted to go out and enjoy the night life the nearby restaurants and bars were very good, and with the local bus service being only €1 we hopped on and off into the busy scene of protaras where the bars and restraunts were endless. The local supermarkets are expensive but the management staff gave us a lift to the nearby supermarket which was of normal value for money, they also gave great recommendations for bars, restraunts and sight seeing hot spots all of which we enjoyed. We also made use of the BBQ provided which had a rotisserie device. The beach was only a 10 minute walk and was really clean with lots of water activities to do including parasailing and hiring jet skis, which we all loved! I would highly recommend the water park, great for all ages. The weather was amazing! More than we could have hoped for, and everyone in and around the area were so kind and friendly. We will definitely be considering a return in the near future.

“Fabulous relaxing break” We loved our holiday. The house was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

“Lovely apartment with quiet shared swimming pool and close to the beach” We spent most of our time in or around the quiet swimming pool, or at Coral Bay beach (10 mins drive). The apartment is modern, immaculate, well cared for and has a balcony that was great for barbeques. With one bedroom the apartment would be perfect for two - with four of us it was OK, depending on the willingness of children to share a sofa bed. The shared pool doesn't have a shallow end, so ideally children should be able to swim (although our 5 year old was happy floating in an inflatable tyre). The car parking space is small and takes practice to reverse into. Our first real overseas holiday as a family, the kids loved it, are still talking about it and want to go back.

“Absolute fantastic we couldn't have had a better wedding day” Well i dont know were to start there was 16 of us in total of all ages from 4 - 76 and we all had an amazing time, me and my partner wanted to come somewhere to relax and get married at the same time. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything you needed and more!! The villa is in walking distance to restuarants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the beach, there are buses to where ever else you would like to visit on the island the area is beautiful and the people are amazing so friendly and welcoming. For me and my partner George and his wife made our holiday & wedding day super special and nothing was ever to much trouble such nice people!!! Thank you so much George and Maria. George arranged transport for us all to and from the airport, George came and told us we were welcome to make use of the beautiful flowers around the villa for our wedding and he came and took photos which were fantastic!! We are even talking about coming back next year just me, ricky and the kids. Thank you again George

“home from home” great house ,has everything there , 3 bedrooms / air-con, close to pool ,good location .Easy access to harbour , tomb of kings strip ( restaurants ) and beach on the easy to use bus service @ 1:50 Euro each .Had a good break and hope to return soon ,I would recommend this to my friends and indeed already have :)

“Fabulous!” This villa is lovely, and we were delighted with our choice. We had two great weeks here with our two young boys and we didn't want to go home! The garden and pool really are as good as it looks in the photos, which was our main reason for choosing it... Simply stunning! The villa is set up in the hills in a private and peaceful location, it's contemporary, clean and fresh. Good sized bedrooms, with great views from the master bedroom out to the sea. It is well equipt, kitchen a bit small, but still ticked all the boxes. If you love being around the pool you'll find this perfect but if you are a beach lover the nearest ones are a little disappointing. There are some great restaurants all within around a 15-20 drive, and a small shop in nearby Aphrodite hills around 5 mins drive. Nearest supermarket 20 minutes away on the outskirts of Paphos which sells absolutely everything. We would definately love to stay at this villa again, and would highly recommend to families or we would even stay here as a couple.

“Fantastic location.” Bus stop right outside only a euro to go any where. And 2.50 euro for all day pass right uptill last bus in morning from Ayia napa at 4.30 am. Beach close and water sports especially scuba diving great. Lovely restaurants in perena. Would highly recommend the villa.

“Absolutely superb!” We wanted a peaceful and sunny destination. This property ticked all our boxes. Tranquil, great weather, stunning villa, very spacious, immaculately presented with fabulous views of the sea and mountains, friendly people. Plenty of places to dine out at reasonable prices. All in all our stay was a memorable experience and we have great memories of wonderful holiday. The pool was a good size and perfect for cooling off on those hot sunny days. We will definitely be returning to the Azure and be booking again for next year. 5 star.

“Fabulous Coral Bay Break” Spent a week at this apartment mud November. Joseph met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. Very helpful and always available on the phone if we needed him. Lovely apartment, really comfortable with everything we needed including a good sized balcony which was a real sun trap. Very close and convenient to all bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

“Cyprus is the place to be and sunrise appartments Polis is the place to stay to enjoy it” Thought the appartments were lovely, great for couples, friends or family, this property was perfect for us as it meant we could cook at home or go out for yummy meals in our surroundings. The roof terrace was a real treat and we very much enjoyed the sunsets and the stars whilst sitting in the 'disco light' style jacuzzi with our i pod plugged into it. Bliss. Everything you need is there for cooking/picnics. The Living room are was comfy and television a nice treat. Liked having balconys in each room and shower really good. Great place to stay as so close to Latchi/Polis and 40 minutes from the airport in Paphos. Definitely advise hiring a boat, scuba diving and exploring the beaches. Our favorite was up near the baths of aphrodite where you can swim out the the rock. The Troodos are worth a visit also and the food up there is so much cheaper. Preffered eating in Polis to Latchi as less touristy. BBQ's are also easy to have in Cyprus as they sell disposibles with the stands and easy to clean up and throw away. “Late winter sunshine” Left snowy England & Europe to visit Sunset Valley in North Cyprus for a little winter sunshine. Was delighted to arrive, late at night, after a long journey at at the property & find lights on & a welcome pack waiting in the kitchen. Really enjoyed my stay & enjoyed seeing Cyprus in winter. The countryside was lush & green & the beaches still beautiful even though the seas were rough. The property was neat, tidy & superbly clean, the garden was also a delight - all a real asset to the owner. Thank you for helping to make my short stay a total delight.

“Totally relaxing holiday accomodation” We have been staying in Pissouri Bay now for the last 12 years, in various villas and apartments. Katikies 20, had every thing we wanted to cater for two parents and their children in their teens and twenties. Excellent double bedrooms, very modern open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, with all mod cons and the all important Wi-Fi for today's travellers. Fabulous pool and sun area, with seating and sun loungers. We can't thank Julie enough, who made us feel extremely welcome, with a starter pack, which we were so grateful for, also providing us with an additional sun bed, when requested and keeping an eye on the small details, which really mattered. We would definitely recommend this Villa, for families, small groups of friends as it is also ideally placed within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Pissouri Bay.

“Fantastic memories to cherish” Our son has just got married in Cyprus. There were 60 family and friends , 30 of us stayed in coral bride & coral cypria villa next door. Both villas are completely different but both are lovely with plenty of room for us all to have our own space without getting on each other's nerves. Any problems was sorted out by George who we soon got to know very well ( beers in the fridge George). The bonus for us was the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom , kitchen was well equipped and when there wasn't enough glasses George brought us 5 packs later that day. Thank you George for sorting out accommodation on the day we left as our flight was a late one. We all loved coral bay and the villas were ideal for our large family wedding having the supermarket and bars all within walking distance.

“Delivered all that it promised” We have just returned from an excellent fortnight at the apartment. Everything that was described was on offer from the sunbeds by the pool to the necessary air conditioning which was just what was required as the temperatures rose. The whole booking process was smooth and efficiently handled by Diane and we were very impressed that Max who looks after the property in Cyprus was prepared to come out at 1.00 in the morning to show us the necessary after our flight was delayed. This property is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Paphos and 25 from the Tomb of the Kings Road. Diane arranged taxis to collect us and our daughter from the airport on seperate days and the same driver was used which I think put our daughter at ease as she was travelling alone. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. well worth visiting. Another nice touch was having beach towels provided as well as having towels and linen changed after the first week
