“A lovely stay in a lovely apartment” I have just returned home after a 10 night stay in Japonica apartment in Peyia. The apartment is in a good location and is furnished to a high standard. It was beautifullly clean and easy to keep clean and so well equipped with everything you would need to live there. I honestly felt that I was living in Cyprus ( wishful thinking!). Big thanks to the owners Peter and Julia for the timely reply to my dates requested, for letting me stay there and for the late checkout which was greatly appreciated. I’m hoping to be back soon Regards Linda

“peace and perfection” beautiful apartment with everything you could ever need, only a short walk into the village and the tasty food at peyia tavern (well worth a visit), wifi is pretty much available in every bar and resturaunt we visited. booked this apartment one day before we were due to travel and the owner was very accomodating and managed to arrange everything for us, excellent service and excellent apartment, huge terrace area great for bbq's and relaxing evenings, the pool was always clean, many mornings the maintantce guy was ther checking it. we had a car and it was a great base for travelling round the local area, lots of information in the apartment on things to do and see, all in all really enjoyable vacation!!

“Perfect place for total relaxation.” A few days in this wonderful villa was the perfect anecdote for busy lives at home. The villa is of a very high standard with everything you could wish for. It is very well maintained with Jo, the owner, keen for feedback and wanting to ensure everything just right for the perfect holiday. The views from all parts of the villa are amazing- you cannot tire of taking them in at all times of the day and night. The pool is very clean and refreshing and was used throughout the day and evening. Several outside areas to sit, eat, relax and lounge with shaded areas for those who like some respite from the sun. Several lovely restaurants within easy driving distance which we took full advantage of. Advise having a car whilst staying here although it can be tempting not to leave the villa at all! For peace, quiet, calm and total relaxation this villa cannot be beaten.

“Amazing villa with luxurious outdoor areas.” A group of friends, my husband and I recently stayed at Villa St. Helena. The Villa was amazing and exceeded all expectations, the outdoor area really makes a huge difference and you can choose to have evening BBQ's by the lit up pool, a glass of champagne on the rather large roof terrace or sit inside and enjoy the luxury of the films that are all readily available on the TV system. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers and the villa inside is very modern and luxurious. One bedroom has an ensuite and the other 2 share a very large bathroom with an added toilet downstairs. There is even a shared balcony overlooking the pool for 2 of the rooms. As the area is quite hilly, it would be advisable to rent a car in the very hot months, although Peyia village itself is only a short walk. Coral Bay with its abundance of bars/clubs and restaurants is only a 10minute drive and everything is easily accessible from the villa via car/taxi. I would definitely reccommend this villa to friends and family and would love to stay again. It is great fun to go with a group of friends, as I did, or would be ideal for families too. I spoke to Warren, the owner on a number of occasions and he was very accommodating when I asked if we could extend the check-out time due to a late flight. As there was nobody checking in the next day, he let us stay until 8pm which made all the difference on our final day. I hope to visit again next year and if you are thinking of visiting, then do not hesitate. The villa really is amazing and you will not be disappointed.

“Beautiful villa with private pool, plus pure Cyprus!” The villa is of great size, the interior is modern and in very good condition. The location is far enough away from the main hotel and mass-tourist locations, it offers some privacy as the backyard is a beautiful garden with many blooming bushes. Important to mention is the pool, big enough to go swimming and well maintained by a professional service company. Peyia offers everything you need, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and, for sure, some typical taverns. The location, Peyia, is an optimal starting point for trips to the historical sites or beaches. The booking procedure as well as potential support was handled professionally and reliable.
