Description

The Vanessa resort is situated less than 10 mins walk from the traditional village of Peyia with all the facilities you will need, including supermarkets, restaurants, banks, butchers and bakeries. The complex itself is ideal for groups of families travelling together who wish to be near each other but have their own front door. Contact us and we will put you in touch with other owners. Paphos which is the European city of culture in 2017 is just a 20 min drive, whilst Coral Bay, just 3 km away, has a large sandy beach offering a wide selection of water sports as well as numerous shops, bars and restaurants. For the golfers, there is a driving range on the road to Paphos approx 10 mins drive away. The Aphrodite Hills Golf club is located near Paphos and is described as an 18 hole championship golf course and academy. The Secret valley golf club is also located some 18km east of Paphos.The Tsada (Minthis Hills) golf club is approx 40 mins drive away. For those who enjoy history,there are many sites of historical interest in and around Peyia. The Tombs of the kings is situated on the road to Paphos where you will also find the famous Mosaics. The Akamas Peninsula borders Peyia. This nature reserve can be explored by 4x4 or quad bike. In July and August the Turtles can be observed on the beaches of the Akamas. The famous Aphrodites bath can be found close to the towns of Polis and Laatchi.The apartment itself is situated on the second floor (serviced by a lift) and has superb views from the large terrace across the outdoor pool and the hills beyond Peyia. It is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The resort has a larger than average outdoor pool, an indoor pool (heated in winter), a gym, sauna and plunge pool. There are communal changing rooms with showers and toilet facilities.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts are available for stays of longer than two weeks. A deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking. The full balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your stay. A security deposit of £100 will then be requested that will be returned to you two weeks after your stay. We are flexible on changeover day as midweek flights are often cheaper.

The apartment comprises a through lounge and fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and a full bathroom. The double bedroom has an oak double bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and mirror. There are double patio doors opening out onto the terrace. The twin room has two oak twin beds as well as fully fitted wardrobes providing superb storage space.The bathroom is fully tiled with a white suite comprising; a full sized bath with shower, wash basin and toilet.The fully fitted kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including, washing machine, full sized oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer and microwave.Ironing board/iron and clothes airer are all provided.The living room is tastefully furnished with two leather sofas, one two seater and one three seater that converts to a double bed. There is a DVD player as well as an iPod docking station. The dining area has a round glass table with leather seats. Free WiFi is available throughout the complex.

“Little Gem”

We spent 12 days in this fantastic well equipped 2 bed apartment. Situated over looking the lovely pool the apartment was beautifully furnished with a home from home feel. Quiet and relaxing a car is a must if you want to explore the local area and access the great beaches. There are plenty of great restaurants and tavernas within walking distance a well stocked supermarket can be accessed on foot and there is a large good value supermarket 5mins by car. The hosts have provided lots of information about the apartment, complex, beaches, restaurants and the local area all which we found extremely helpful. Our first trip to Cyprus but definitely not our last we would highly recommended staying in this apartment and we hope to return soon.

“Excellent apartment”

Just had a weeks stay at this apartment, nice and quiet complex with good facilities. The apartment itself was spotless on arrival and it was very well equipped and had a great balcony. There’s a lovely restaurant a few mins walk up the road called savvas grill. I would say a car is a must if you stay in peyia but only a 5 min drive down into coral bay and few mins more to the lovey beaches. Peyia Itself is a great little place, plenty of places to eat and drink and a good sized shop which has all you need. Would highly recommend

“Excellent accommodation”

We booked to stay here for one week at the start of June. The pool is a good size with plenty of space around for sun loungers which are also provided. It is a very peaceful and relaxing location, within easy walking distance to a range of restaurants and shops. The distance to the lively bars at Coral Bay is also only a short taxi journey away. The apartment is a good size and equipped very well with beach and bath towels. 100% recommend.
