“"EVERYTHING AND MORE FOR THE PRICE WE PAID !!!!"” We had a lovely stay at villa azura directions from airport were spot on and very easy to follow. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by just how nice and well equipped the villa was, the pool was great! Big enough for all the family and regularly cleaned. The downstairs living areas were larger then they look in photo's !! So if your looking for a villa with all the comforts of home a pool that sits in the sun from breakfast til tea and most of all value for money this could well be the one?? It's that good we have re-booked for next year already and we never go back anywhere twice !! Thanks again Andrew and lisa

“Everything You Could Possibly Want To May Your Holiday Stay Perfect” Terry & Connie went out of their way to make this villa & our stay special. The location is excellent no need for a car, everything a short walk away ie lidl supermarket, newspaper shop & main strip. Good size pool & plenty of space for sunbathing. Protaras is a great family resort & this villa is great for families. Will be back. 7 In our party. Our Groups age range was 7 to 72 all had a good time.

“Lovely villa,island and people. Great holiday” We were a party of middle aged couple with two teenage boys and my elderly parents.The weather was a constant heat with a breeze which was perfect for us all but without the pool would have been a struggle and my parents found the walk to the beach in the heat an effort.The villa was as expected and the owners had thought of everything to make it a comfortable home from home.The management staff were really friendly and helpful and took us to the local supermarket by car the morning after we arrived which was ideal as the local corner shops are really expensive. We did not hire a car and were happy spending time in the local area,around the pool or going on the boat trips or using the local bus service.If we had stayed for longer than a week or when it was cooler a car would have been handy to see more of the island. A good feature was the water dispenser which was easily filled for a euro from a dispenser approx half a mile away.Carrying it back without a car, a trolley or a pushchair in the 40 degree heat was virtually impossible and with six drinking the water it quickly emptied. Luckily my son had taken his skateboard which came in handy.Something such as sack barrow could be available to make this easier. The only other suggestion we could add to improve the villa would be blackout blinds in the bedrooms.Overall it was a lovely holiday in a comfortable and relaxing villa and we would all be willing to go back again

“Lovely Villa!” We visited Cyprus for a wedding and rented this villa. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful pool and outside area! Bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom was lovely. We had a great time would deffinately rent this place again!

“Relaxing” The villa was as stated in the write up, it was fitted with all the mod cons for the kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and the main bedroom had an ensuite. The villa had great air conditioning which was a must as the outside temperature was in the 40's most days. The swimming pool and surronding area were great and the pool was cleaned every 2 or 3 days. It was a 10 - 15 minute walk to all the bars & restuarants and the main beach at Fig Tree Bay where there was plenty to do with all the main watersports available. There's a pebble beach about 3 mins walk away through the alleyway between the villas opposite where we was able to do snorkling. If you turned right at the bottom of the road and followed the path around the rocks you will find a little sandy cove. Great location if you want the nightlife but not right on top of you.

“Family friendly” Villa clean and tidy, location near to beaches and restaurants. Owner was very helpful prior to arrival and the villa was very modern and clean. We had 2 issues during our holiday and both were dealt with within 24hrs. Hopefully I will book again for next year, thanks again .

“Excellent, welcoming apartment, close to amenities with great pool and facilities” The apartment was well equipped, well maintained and well positioned. Close to amenities. The pool was wonderful, and we had it to ourselves for most of our stay. The apartment contained all the essentials as well as additional items such as books, board games, balls, woggles and floats for use in the pool, which was great for my teenage son and the rest of the family.

“paralimni” service was very accurate and the maintenance service was very good and promptly. Property was very good, very clean with a lot of optionals like swimming pool, inside and outside stuff, etc. Also location was easy to find and the amenities in Prorats and Paralimni was amazing with easy access to several beach. Also restaurant, pub and other shops were very easy to reach and also very good

“Excellent - If you are thinking of going to CYPRUS ?? - Then GO!! and stay at Normans Place.” We were looking for a break to unwind from working life, and were also looking for some warmth, nice sandy beaches, and great views - the answer was "CYPRUS!!” We then looked for a place to stay for just myself & my wife - and found "Normans Place" this is a beautiful Villa complete with a great size pool too. The neighbours ( Frank & Claire ) were very helpful and also knowledgeable too and nothing was too much trouble for them to offer help with. The villa itself was extremely clean and presentable and communication with the villa owners (Lee & Ellis) throughout the booking process was faultless too. After having a wonderful time in CYPRUS we have decided that we will definitely be going back, and if we decide to book a villa upon our next trip - we would book Normans Place again without any hesitation.

“Lovely, spacious villa which is very well equipped and suitable for both couples and families.” We booked Paradise Point for our first holiday with our 9month old daughter. The villa is in a great location with a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a 15 minute walk to a bus stop which will take you into the busier town of Protaras which has a wider selection of bars and restaurants. We stayed at the villa for one week and found that the selection of bars and restaurants nearby was ample for our needs. The villa is very well equipped which is ideal when travelling with children. There is everything you need in the kitchen including plenty of plates, pots, pans, glasses and even ice lolly makers!! Also within the villa there is a Nintendo Wii, a range of DVDs and books. The bedrooms have a good amount of storage and the 2 en-suites are very nice. The outside space at the villa is very spacious. Outside there is a range of seating areas, four sun loungers and table tennis. The gazebo area is perfect for sitting out in the evening or for some shade during the day. This area was also perfect for our daughter - we took a small paddling pool for her and put it under the gazebo so she could keep cool in the water whilst being out of the sun. The outside BBQ was also great. This villa was the nicest and best equipped villa that we have stayed in.

“Great Villa with pool” We arrived late evening and were met by Maggie from the Managment company, she showed us around the villa, left a welcome pack of essentials, and arranged a fresh refill for the water cooler. The villa was more than we anticipated, three bedrooms all with A/C, the main living area also has A/C. The pool was cleaned and serviced three times in our ten day stay. A short walk down the hill to Pernera is the Grecko Restaurant, great food at a reasonable price, further down brings you to the centre with a vast choice of Tavernas and Bars. Great Villa, great resort and a great vacation.
