“A spacious and well presented villa near to a lively resort” The Orange Palm Villa was large enough for our family of seven adults and a baby. It is located only a short drive from a couple of very nice beaches. The recently installed swimming pool heating was very welcome especially in the variable April weather. On arrival we were met and shown around the villa by a friendly neighbour who remained helpful during our week stay. The villa is in good order and had all the facilities we required to make our stay restful. There is plenty of outside seating areas and the barbecue is a bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

“Lovely Villa” We found the villa to be clean and very well equipped right down to the finest detail. Ron amd Sue were extremely helpful to us and ensured the villa was in immaculate condition and were only a phone call away if we needed anything, We found the villa to be very peaceful and quiet, the pool was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. 15 minute walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa to future visitor and will hopefully be back again ourselves next year.

“Great villa in a good location” I stayed in this villa with a group of 8 friends. The location was great with Nissi Beach being a 5 minute walk round the corner and the strip being a 20 minute walk or 5 minute journey in a taxi. As well as this there is a great waterpark a short taxi journey away which we would all recommend. The villa itself was great for us, very spacious and a great garden space with a good sized pool. The beds weren't the comfiest but then again you don't go on holiday for a comfy bed. Any problem we had was dealt with by the manager who was extremely helpful to us during our stay. I would recommend this villa, especially to a group of friends who are wanting good night life but also a private place to stay.

“Attention please! Strictly recommended!” Staying at Rafael's place during November was perfect. The apartment is clean, comfortable (as described + very good WiFi) and great located. It was so easy to get the main streets and some beaches (it will take you 12 min to walk to the closest one). There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in this area. But more important for us was the way they host. We felt like home. The owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Thank you my friends (you're really more than just hosts) for everything: your care, good mood, all kinds of help and conversations. Hope to see you again! P.S. The weather was just amazing (for who has doubts to go or not to go to Cyprus in the end of autumn - the beginning of winter)!

“Fantastic accommodation and location and great value too” The apartment was absolutely faultless. Location wise you are a five minute walk away from the golden sands and crystal clear sea of Nissi Beach. There are lots of small bars and restaurants nearby, and Ayia Napa is only a short taxi ride away if you feel like a more lively night. The apartment itself is in a quiet area. Everything you needed and more was provided. The facilities were top notch, with a fantastic large balcony to relax and eat on. “Amazing trip” We can say that everything was great. We chose this apartment through the internet and we found that apartment the same as in photos. Everything was done for comfortable rest in apartments. It's nice and cozy. The swimming pool was clean and water was refreshed the whole time. Manager of apartments met us at the airport and toke us to the apartments. We can say that it was kind of him to show us how to get on beach and he said what shops are good. Also he explained us where we can find tour-office. We wanted to see some places of Cyprus. We've never had such amazing trip and high quality organized vacations. We have good feels about Cyprus. “Great villa great location couldn't ask for more.” Stayed at the villa in april for a wedding we went to. We had two teenagers and two small children ,all together there was eight of us. The villa was plenty big enough for all of us . The villa was great everything you need . Good location just a five min walk to nissi beach which is great for all ages and five min walk to shops and restaurants , no need for a car. nicos was good he arranged a mini bus for us from the airport, which saves alot of hassle getting a taxi. nicos made everything so easy to arrange. I would defiantly recommend this villa to young and old as it suits all age groups . Hopefully we will go back soon .

Villa Mespila is the perfect holiday retreat providing a first class base with a beautiful private pool, plenty of seating areas and the superb pergola which is ideal for anyone who wants some shade. Always immaculate with everything you could need for a relaxing time. There are many excellent shops, tavernas and bars close by, and the local beaches are superb, which compliment the pleasures of the villa throughout the whole of the holiday period. Sunrise Villa - 2 Bedroom Bungalow with Private Pool - DISCOUNTED!!
Nice vila with a pool and close to the sea for comfortable family vacation or a stay with a small group of friends.

This villa is good opportunity for calm, romantic and independent vacation lovers. The villa is on the suburbs of Ayia Napa, close to the sea (just a short walk from a house, the sandy small Sirens beach is also reachable by foot and takes about 20 mins). The house has 2 separate comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (good option for families with kids or couples), BBQ area in the garden, nice pool (not very deep that is perfect for families with smaller kids). The only problem in the house was wi-fi that was not working well in the evenings (in daytime it worked without interruption). As the house is few km from the city and nearest shops the car is necessary. There are few restaurants on the beach about 20 -30 mins away from the house (with quite nice food, friendly service & prices). Great Villa near Ayia Napa

Booked and paid for this villa through holiday lettings. Good communication from the owner Stephen prior to departure. We were late arriving due to a short flight delay, but Jill (property manager) was waiting for us on arrival. Jill explained everything and left us with a lovely welcome pack which included beer and wine!! Villa is only 30 minutes by motorway from Larnaca Airport and is easy to find, even in the dark!! Villa is really well appointed and has all the kitchen equipment you require. There is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs including two further bathrooms. There is Aircon and TV that is streamed via the internet. The children enjoyed watching recently released movies. From the villa you can walk to the coastline in seconds, but it’s very rocky, and unsafe for young children. You really need to drive to use local beaches. However, Nissi Beach and Makronissos Beach are absolutely wonderful and only a 5 minute drive away. (See photos) Local restaurants are excellent, the two fish restaurants in Potamos Fishing Harbour are lovely and only two minutes away in the car, we also went to Garden of Eden for Meze, and Atlas for Italian, both were very good. We also went to an Asian restaurant called Yo Thai which was excellent. Look on trip advisor, there are thousands of well reviewed restaurants nearby. The villa is in a great location for everything you need, but I personally feel a car is essential. The villa is in a residential area, and there isn’t really anything that you can walk too, although I think you could use local buses/taxis if needed. We adore this Villa, its a home from home with everything you could possibly wish for to have a truly relaxing holiday. This villa is suitable for all, families, friend group & couples etc. Beautiful outdoor space with loads of room. This was our 2nd visit. Easy to get to from Airport and short distance from gorgeous beaches and bars and restaurants. Many supermarkets near by to get a good shop in. I confess we found it hard to to leave the villa at times due to relaxtion setting in and the pool is divine. The welcome pack is a lovely thoughtful touch. We will be back for sure!
