“A spacious and well presented villa near to a lively resort” The Orange Palm Villa was large enough for our family of seven adults and a baby. It is located only a short drive from a couple of very nice beaches. The recently installed swimming pool heating was very welcome especially in the variable April weather. On arrival we were met and shown around the villa by a friendly neighbour who remained helpful during our week stay. The villa is in good order and had all the facilities we required to make our stay restful. There is plenty of outside seating areas and the barbecue is a bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

“Fantastic accommodation and location and great value too” The apartment was absolutely faultless. Location wise you are a five minute walk away from the golden sands and crystal clear sea of Nissi Beach. There are lots of small bars and restaurants nearby, and Ayia Napa is only a short taxi ride away if you feel like a more lively night. The apartment itself is in a quiet area. Everything you needed and more was provided. The facilities were top notch, with a fantastic large balcony to relax and eat on. The owner could not have been more helpful before and after the holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family.

“Amazing accomodation and views” My husband and myself stayed in this beautiful apartment.we enjoyed every minute of our two weeks holiday.Comfort and clean and the views was excellent..Communal pool very appealing.Only a 5 minute walk yo the beaches.Owner is very nice,we have talked several times,.gave us lots of information .We will be back next year .What else can we say .AMAZING ,AMAZING,AMAZING

“Brilliant location, modern and spotlessly clean.” The apartment is in the centre of Ayia Napa and close to all the bars and restaurants. The great beaches are a short walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby so you can stock up on food or drink. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped so it was a simple matter of unpacking and enjoying the fabulous views over Napa.

“Nice location, spacious and well equipped apartment” Eva's Nissi Beach Apt is spacious and well equipped apartment in good location. It's not very close to the beach (500 m), but it was not a problem for my family at all - just 5 minute walk. The advantage of this is quiet location, so you can have rest and relax. I find Ayia Napa hotels very expensive (apartments for 4 persons), even comparing to Spain. The rental of the apartment was the way to spend nice holiday in nice place. I strongly recommend renting an apartment in Ayia Napa and Eva's Nissi Beach Apt is worth consideration.

“The apartment was more than we expected, it was perfect!” We arrived after a delayed flight so were all tired and when we open the door to the apartment it made the tiresome journey all worth while. The first thing we noticed was how spacious and modern the apartment was. It was so clean and bright and the balcony was enormas, plenty of room for all of us to sun bathe and great because the it was in the sun all day! It was close enough to walk to shops and restaurants although we did hire a car as we chose to visit different area's of Cyprus. In short the apartment was in a perfect location and exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back next year :-)

“Summer Sun” The villa is superbly situated, away from the nightlife life of the town, but easily accessible if you want to go and party. We travelled a a group of 4 adults and 2 kids, outside space was brilliant, pool was a fabulous size and we made good use of the table tennis table. Ayia Thekla Supermarket is 2 mins drive or 10min walk away with a wide variety of products both imported and cypriot. Zafiri restaurant is right next door and offers a good choice of both local and international foods all staff really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. You need a car although buses are quite regular and the stop wasn’t far, Taxi from town/harbour was €15/20 we used LA taxis english speaking lady mans the phones. Visited Potomos the fishing village, very nice little bay with lovely views, we ate at Demetrion restaurant and all I can say is it’s amazing it’s a must visit. All in all we had a brilliant time only thing missing was a dishwasher but we managed Thanks to Darren for all information prior to arrival and Wendy for checking in on us and of course our little friend Napa the kitten

“What a fantastic villa” Villa was more than we expected. Set in a fabulous location, Steve even put us in touch with friends of his regarding car hire which we found very useful. Jillian his housekeeper was wonderful. Nothing was to much trouble for her. We found this villa so relaxing we were lucky enough to book 2years on the run. Would definitely recommend.
