“Wonderful Holiday” We had a really enjoyable holiday in Villa Francesca in June 2011. The beautiful villa, the garden/pool and the tennis courts next door were all ideal for our group which included our adult children and small grandchildren. The owners were kind enough to put childproof fencing on the upstairs balcony and this, together with a gate for the stairs in the villa gave us great peace of mind during our holiday. We played some golf on the nearby courses and the charming village of Carvoiero with plenty of excellent restaurants was just a few kilometres away. We would heartily recommend Villa Francesca to any family group and we hope to stay there again in the future.

“A very relaxing holiday, a lovely spacious apartment with with all amenities to hand” We (family of 4 including two daughters aged 11 and 8) had a most relaxing stay in Villa Baia. The apartment complex was lovely - the apartment was very spacious and very clean - the pool area was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The complex is located very close to the Luz beach and promenade with plenty of restaurants for all tastes. We would definitely recommend this apartment complex and area to family and friends and we intend to go back again soon.

“Hen do - perfect location and incredible villa. Amazing!” We have just got back from our weekend at Villa Forte. The villas location is perfect if you want to be close enough to the strip to walk - it’s under a 10 minute walk and is literally one main road. The pool was the perfect size and the sun was always in the garden area. On to the villa itself - honestly stunning!! Beautiful marble style staircases, huge bedrooms, air con was amazing. Whether it’s a hen do or a family holiday, you won’t be disappointed! Would book again for sure!! The communication since booking has been brilliant, all questions answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was the eggy smell, especially in the downstairs bedroom. I don’t think it can be helped as it seems to be all over the area however it was a little hard to stomach after a night of drinking!

“Home from home” Myself, my partner and two children (boys aged 9 and 13) spent two lovely weeks in Casa-alegre. This was our first holiday in a villa, as previously we've been to All Inclusive hotels, and it will certainly now be one of many. The villa was very spacious and had absolutely everything in it. The kitchen crockery, utensils etc put mine to shame at home. British TV and free wifi was a definite plus. I read a couple of books from the extensive library while the boys enjoyed playing Ludo and doing some of the jigsaws. We loved the peaceful setting and the endless, undisturbed view from the terrace. Yet, there was so much to do and see within a short drive. The marina of Vilamoura was lovely with amazing seafood and the beach at Gale was breathtaking. A superb pool too with plenty of loungers. The best time of the day there was between 5pm and 7. And last but by no means least...lovely Maria. She came in 6 days a week to tidy/clean the villa which meant it was a real holiday for me. I thoroughly recommend Casa-Alegre and hope to be back very soon.

“Birthday bash” We arrived in Faro and our arranged driver was there waiting for us. Just over half an hour and we arrived in Alberfuria. The villa was clean and spacious. Pool area was lovely too. Gorgeous sun beds. Plenty of storage in all the rooms and everywhere immaculate. A 2 minute walk takes you to the strip but we preferred a TUC TUC to the old town. Perfect place for a nice holiday and even though it's close to the strip we didn't hear anything at all.

“Almost Perfect” Absolutely perfect villa for our group. Lovely location except that there is a major building site right next door. I think we should have been told about it as the noise is ridiculous. I realise the owners can't exactly do anything about it but people should be warned. The pool is lovely and well maintained and the villa is clean and modern. The only thing we were disappointed in is that we had no TV for the entire week. Normally wouldn't care at all but it was in the middle of the World Cup! Apart from these two things everything else was fantastic.

“Fabulous stay...a few tweaks needed...” A beautiful week was had! The villa is well equipped and in the most beautiful place. We thoroughly relaxed and unwound. I would however point out the following suggestions... 1) a larger toaster is needed. One for 4/6 people, not 2. 2) spare bulbs...or replace with low energy. One blew inside and only one worked outside. 3) the pool defo could do with being heated... 4) perhaps get assisted cleaner help. I noticed an abundance of webs and dust under the sofa, when searching for little ones toy...the oven and trays in it were used and not washed when we arrived. I think the maid who attends simply can't clean 3 bed with 4 toilets in the time allocated. Would I return....hell yeah!
