Location, Location, Location!

The villa is in a superb position just 5 real minutes walk from the nearest restaurants and shops and only 10 real minutes from the heart of Kalkan Old Town and the Beach.

Villa Kirmizi Lale is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Luxury Villa set over 3 floors (sleeping up to 8 persons) with plenty of outdoor space.

Villa Kirmizi Lale has its own Private Pool (approx 7x5m and 1.4m deep), with large Patio/Sun Terrace area and Mature Gardens laid to lawn with Bougainvillea and Hibiscus bushes and Fruit Trees. The whole area is very secluded and not overlooked by neighbouring properties.

There is a Large Terrace Area with 8 Sun Beds with comfortable mattresses and 4 Sun Umbrellas to shade you from the sun. Two Hammocks are hung among the trees...they offer a lovely spot to take a respite from the sun. A Large Marble Outside Table and Chairs for Alfresco Dining. There are also 4 Comfortable Wrought Iron Chairs and Coffee Table under a Shaded Awning.

Another great space is the Top Floor Sea View terrace. A great place to relax or enjoy a sundowner. It has a delightful shaded Ottoman seating area with 4 Comfy Lounging Sofas where you can soak up the atmosphere and a Bar Area with stools and beautiful Sea Views along with a fridge to keep your drinks cool!

The living area has a working wood burner, just in case the evening gets chilly (very unlikely), a three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa, armchair and pouffe, In addition there is a music system, TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii (including a small selection of DVDs and Wii games).

The newly re-fitted kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is sufficient cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for 8 people. In addition there is an iron and ironing board available

Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and newly refurbished contemporary and extended en suite bathroom with wc, basin and walk in shower. It has views across to the town and mountains and access to a large balcony.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and newly refurbished contemporary en suite bathroom with wc, basin and shower over a full-sized bath. It has views across to the town and mountains and access to a large balcony.

Bedroom 3 is on the second floor and is a beautiful brand new Master Suite - a large room equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom comprising wc and shower

Bedroom 4 is on the second floor with two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers and toilet across the corridor.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a lovely balcony affording stunning views of the town and bay

The villa has its own private pool, recently refurbished with waterfall feature and optional heating for the colder months (approx 7 metres x 5 metres and 1.4 metres deep), with large patio/sun terrace area, new shaded pergola and garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees. It is fully equipped with a large marble outside table with 8 wrought iron chairs, 8 sunbeds with mattresses and 4 sun umbrellas to shade you from the sun.

There are also 2 hammocks in the garden where you can lie in the cooling breeze. There is a shaded Ottoman seating area on the very top terrace with new comfy sofas, a kitchenette and bar with bar stools where you can enjoy a peaceful drink and take in the stunning views of the town and bay whilst sipping a cool beer from the rooftop fridge and enjoying the sun setting over Kalkan bay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Felicity (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
