This luxury detached villa has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday. Situated in a private, peaceful, elevated location, with panoramic views over Kalkan, the bay and the Taurus mountains. It accommodates 8 people comfortably with four large bedrooms comprising 2 king size rooms each with en suite, one double room and a spacious twin room each with adjacent bathrooms for exclusive use. The Villa has a wonderful panoramic lounge with a breathtaking roof terrace and surrounding balconies, flat screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD & ipod dock, dining area and contemporary kitchen. Inside there are luxurious mable floors and staircases throughout, whilst outside you can enjoy a large, furnished sun terrace, infinity pool, al fresco dining area with stone BBQ centre, where you can enjoy a few drinks as the sun sets. Villa Nazli is just a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk from Kalkan old town, harbour and beach. 2 min walk to nearest restaurant, 10 mins to supermarket & 5 mins from local store.

Note - Prior to 2012, Nazli had been very successfully rented out by Simpson's travel, who are a very reputable, high end travel company.

Should you wish to enquire, do not hesitate to contact us. We will endeavour to meet your needs and requirements, advising on airports, flights & transfers. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 60 days prior to departure, together with a refundable £450 damages deposit, which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday. Flights & transfers are not included in the price of the villa.

Additional mid-stay cleans are available upon request for an additional charge.

This Villa is perfect for those wanting a luxury, peaceful holiday location. All rooms have beautiful sea views, from all 4 bedrooms to kitchen and lounge. There is a daily pool attendant and the gardener waters the garden each morning. The villa is fully cleaned before and after each guest visit and is co managed by a British key holder to assist all enquiries. The accommodation also has a spare bed which can be placed in the twin room for an additional guest. Cot & high chair also provided for your use together with children's cutlery & tableware.

Wifi is fully installed as is Internet TV, so Villa Nazli really is a home from home experience!

Mature garden frames the Villa with bougainvillea welcoming you at the entrance. Private infinity pool (45 square metres) has integrated Roman steps which makes children's use easier and safer. Eight sunloungers with cushions and side tables satisfy your poolside needs. Dining terrace, (located directly outside kitchen) has an eight seater marble table w/chairs and pergola to make dining more comfortable, adjacent to BBQ centre.

This whole area allows you to relax in total comfort whilst you enjoy the panoramic view of Kalkan bay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
