“Windwhistle” Amazing place. Views to die for and total peace and quite and privacy. Stunning beach when tides go out. Very steep path and steps down to the beach and steep and slippy in the wet to the chalet but great for burning the calories off after eating in the little cafe at the top of the hill. Food in there is amazing. We will be going back for sure.

“Fantastic chalet with an amazing view!” Just got back from my 2nd stay at windwhistle chalet, just as great as the 1st! The chalet is situated in an ideal spot, short walk down to the beach and a nice quiet position on the cliff with an unreal view. The deck is perfect for dining outside and relaxing on a lounge chair and doing a bit of yoga if you fancy it. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy. Would highly recommend! I went with a group of friends, but the chalet would also suit a family or couple.

“Fantastic” Just returned from two lovely weeks at 1 Spanish Villas. It's a real home from home. Everything you might need. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Kids loved the pool on site and Captain Crumble and other shows. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for a lovely holiday stay.

“Cute, cosy & full of character” My mum, sister and myself stayed four nights in this cute and cosy beach chatlet which is packed with character. Us two sisters shared the bunk beds which was comfortable and big enough for adults. Shower was great and always had hot water. There wasn't anything missing for us it ticked all the boxes and close to a fabulous beach and we would defiantly stay here again!

“Chalet in perfect location for exploring Cornwall!” Stayed in the May half term, family fo four. The chalet is in a great location. Several beaches in 10 min drive. We loved Harlyn Bay, family friendly. You get a map when you arrive at reception with all the beaches and their facilities which is useful. We did a day trip to St Ives, drove to St Erth and caught the train in (amazing coastal views). Padstow harbour is only 8 mins away as well. We did visit the Newquay aquarium on a rainy day, don't bother! It was really expensive and only took about half an hour to walk round! The site itself was really quiet (which suited us) there was some entertainment in the evenings but we didn't see these as they were at 9pm so too late for our little ones. There is a small shop and a bar with a playground! The chalet itself was nice and clean, the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of cleaning products. The only negative were that the double bed was very small with a firm mattress but was still comfortable. The owners were great in communication and we would definitely come to stay again!

“relaxing and feeling of being miles from anywhere.” Really tidy and well equiped chalet. Mix of weather during our stay, heaters on and listening to the wind and rain feeling cosy inside but most days the double doors were open and I enjoyed reading a book while the children played on the beach and Dad cast his fishing rod up and down the coast line. We parked the car and did not use it for the whole week. Lovely off road walks to local pubs and coast/cliff walks to Beer (time it with the local bus and bring back some shopping - not regular times so check time table). Thought a little expensive for a chalet but once there it compared to renting a cottage. Hoping to return...........

“The Chalet in Cornwall” This Chalet was clean and spacious and all facilities were in working order. The conservatory was ideal for eating meals and keeping shoes and beach equipment in. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The site was quiet and well positioned near to St Merryn. It had a good club house where meals could be purchased and catered for all ages. It also had a small shop and launderette.

“Amazing week away.” We had an amazing week in Hayle, the property was only a 100 yards from the most perfect beach. And the views from the cliff tops were something else. The property was spotless on arrival and it had everything you could possibly want,loved sitting out on the balcony looking out to sea. And they even have body boards and kids beach toys for you to use, and 2 adult mountain bikes, we will definitely rent this property again. Had a great week in Morwenna surf shack.

“What a gem!” This is a beautiful chalet (now painted grey) on a very quite site. Directios to find it are spot on, though the key safe was alittle tricky to open with my big hands. Insde was spotless and very well appionted with a great deal of attention to detail, which was particularly special considering the Covid considerations. Taking your own sheets, duvet cover and towels is a small sacrifice to get such amazing value.
