“Home from home” Honestly the photos don’t do this perfect holiday flat justice,it is so well equipped,cosy, warm and so close to town centre a fantastic location and close to local transport too. It’s very clean and looked after, and I honestly didn’t hear any noise throughout our stay. The mews are situated on a steep path but given your ability we found this not a problem. “Perfect apartment, perfect location” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully equipped apartment in a quiet location. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are light and airy with plenty of storage space. The patio is great for morning coffee or al fresco dining. We had a couple of rainy mornings but the children were more than happy with a selection of dvds, board games and pool. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance and a land train runs regularly from Boscombe Pier to Bournemouth and Southbourne so driving really isn't necessary. All in all a wonderful apartment in an ideal location made this the perfect stress free holiday. We will be back, Thank you Jo.

“Idealic” Perfect accommodation in perfect location.. parents of 9 and 11 year old.. surf shops to hire board for great week, great play area a stones throw away, attached to fab pub called Unicorn on the Beach, where all the children from the beach in the day play in the evening, whilst parents enjoy a cocktail. Coffee Hatch, local mini Market, ice cream parlour. No need to use the car, and a very close parking space with permit adds to convenience. Mezzanine bedroom lovely with 2 velux that let the sea breeze and wave noise flow in.. great night's sleep. A really lovely week's stay.

“Very comfortable apartment” What a surprise, the apartment was much bigger than we expected, a real home from home with every thing to hand to make our stay easy. We found it clean and tidy and nicely laid out..... So close to the beach. West Bay hosts a pretty harbour and has a lot of eating places, just the place to make new friends. We found the locals very friendly and easy to talk to. A good base for lots of wonderful walks. We were a little disappointed that the sea defence works had not finished the week we were there, a little noisy and dusty but once it is finished it will be great.... A good works in progress. Thank you Katrina and Laurie, you have been very helpful, informative and easy to communicate with.

“Fab” Stayed for a week with my husband and 3 children,lovely apartment,lovely view of lake,my 3 year old loved feeding the ducks,only a 15 min walk into Newquay through the lake and gardens,which we done a few times,provided at the apartment games,Netflix and books which were a big plus for my 3,Newquay zoo within walking distance aswell,lovely apartment in a fab location,would highly recommend.
