“Simply Excellent” Firstly the response to my enquiry for availability was very quick and efficient which I like! I also particularly liked the fact that we had the flexibility of a short stay of 3 days and was not restricted to "changeover days" or "minimum of 7 nights stay" which we did not want so this was very attractive to us. Not everyone wants to do a 7 night stay. The property was simply excellent; clean, modern, very well equiped and perfect for anyone with children as the kiddies bedroom was excellent. Parking was also a bonus. We really could not have asked for any more as it was all provided for and the little extra hospitality touches simply added to the delightful experience of staying at such a place. When we arrived at the property we felt very happy and lucky that we had discovered this place and we all had smiles on our faces! We had a lovely Christmas staying there and will definately be back to Winchester and this property again. Thank you so much for making it special. The best self catering place we have stayed in and we have stayed in a fair few.

“Peaceful country setting” We stayed in Pond View for three and a half weeks using it as a base for our UK holiday. It is located down a peaceful country lane in North Essex and a great base to visit several surrounding counties, as well as London for the day. Eppie and Chris (and Luca their dog) are wonderful hosts who will go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
