Look around the C11th Castle...entry is free if you arrive by bike, on foot or horseback. Young and old love to do the 'Mill mile' a loop around Castle, mill pond via the causeway, don't forget to stop at the tearooms in the summer, through the picnic site and back along the ancient Carew Bridge... back up to Stable Cottage on the farm at Cardeeth.
