36, Polventon is a three bed home situated on St Merryn Holiday Village, 2 miles from Padstow & amongst the glorious bays and beaches that surround it. The area is known as Seven Bays for Seven Days. The Park has Tennis Courts, secure Children's play area, shop (stocking essentials and daily papers etc), a Bar and Restaurant, both child and dog friendly, and a large dog exercise area on site. The nearest Beach is only a ten minute drive away with ample parking and is, like all seven beaches are, dog friendly all year round. (Correct as at January 2023 please check as Cornwall Council are considering placing time restrictions on certain beaches)

The house has three double bedrooms, the master has an en-suite with a power shower, and walk in wardrobe, TV and a King size double bed. The other two bedrooms are both doubles and both have twin beds in them with ample storage and wardrobe space. In addition, the family bathroom has a full size bath with electric shower over it.The lounge has two three seater settees and a leather seat and footstool. It has a TV with Free-view, DVD and a music centre. The dinning room seats six comfortably around an oblong solid wood dinning table, a High Chair is available, stored in the walkin wardrobe. There is coat/shoe storage in the cupboard in the hallway just inside the front door. In the kitchen their is an electric fan oven and a four burner gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all related utensils. The property enjoys full gas central heating with a coal effect fire in the lounge.The rear patio is fully fenced and is dog friendly.

Car parking is at the side adjacent to the front door.Further parking is available 100 yds down the road.
