Ginentonic Cottage is a detached period building tucked away in the sunny courtyard of Old Temperance House in St Keverne, a thriving village community, located on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula, within the South Coast Western section of the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Set in the quiet courtyard garden of the owners house, Kevin & Claire, within steps of St Keverne Village Square. 'Ginentonic' is a warm and cosy detached 2-bedroom property with wood burning stove, central heating with radiators, courtyard garden with patio table and chairs.

Ground floor:

- Lounge with sofa, armchair, coffee table, wood burning stove, wall lights and lamps. Freeview TV/DVD.

- Kitchen/Diner with table and 3 chairs, cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, full range of cooking utensils and dining ware.

- Shower room with toilet, hand basin, shower and shaver point.

First floor:

- 1 Double bedroom and 1 single bedroom both with wardrobes, draws and Freeview TV/DVD, with radio and alarms.

WIFI

Kevin & Claire will welcome guests, then leave you to your peace and privacy, however being adjacent to Ginentonic Cottage, they are around to help with any questions or requirements.

Other things to note

Crisp white bedlinen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, butter and something nice provided.

We only except children from the age of 12 and upwards.

Breakfast available at an additional cost.

St Keverne is a wonderful base to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall.

The market town of Helston has Sainsburys & Tesco, with Waitrose being in Truro, all provide home delivery service.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
