L'appartamento di 30 mq. è al terzo piano con ascensore. Il piccolo balcone, che affaccia sul verde, è esposto ad ovest e rende l'appartamento luminosissimo fino al tramonto. 5 minuti a piedi dalla linea rossa della metropolitana "Turro" consentono di arrivare in centro, "Duomo", in 15 minuti.

L'appartamento è confortevole e piacevole, ben attrezzato con tutti i servizi necessari per rendere il vostro soggiorno a Milano indimenticabile.

Sono presenti due letti singoli.

Il WiFi è disponibile e gratuito.

L'angolo cottura con frigo, frizer e forno a microonde vi darà la possibilità di preparare i vostri piatti preferiti. Il grazioso bagno è completo di doccia e asciugacapelli. Televisione a schermo piatto, lenzuola, asciugamani, ricambi, accessori per le pulizie, ferro da stiro e aria condizionata per i mesi più caldi.

In zona ci sono tutti i servizi. Pizzerie, ristoranti, negozi, supermercati e due bei parchi dove fare jogging.

Nelle mattine di lunedì, mercoledì e venerdì sono presenti in zona dei bei mercati all'aperto.

L'appartamento è ben collegato con i mezzi di trasporto , è molto facile raggiungere gli aeroporti di Malpensa , Linate e Orio al Serio grazie alla navetta che parte dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano.

Il parcheggio pubblico per l'auto è gratuito.

Il check in dopo le ore 20.00 sarà consentito solamente su mia disponibilità, mediante il pagamento dei seguenti supplementi:

30 euro dalle ore 20.00 alle ore 22.00

50 euro dalle ore 22.00 alle ore 24.00

Non è consentito in ogni caso l'arrivo dopo le ore 24.00

The apartment of 30 sq. m. is on the third floor. The small balcony, which overlooks the green, is facing west and makes the apartment bright until sunset. 5 minutes walk from the Metro Red Line "Turro" allow you to get to the center, "Duomo", in 15 minutes.

The apartment is comfortable and pleasant, well-equipped with all necessary facilities to make your stay in Milan unforgettable.

There are two single beds.

WiFi is available and free.

The kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer will give you the opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes. In the lovely bathroom with shower and hairdryer is also a small washing machine. Flat screen tv, bed linen, towels, spare parts, accessories for cleaning and ironing compliment.

In the area there are all the services. Pizzerias, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and two beautiful parks where to jog.

In the morning of Monday, Wednesday and Friday are present in the area of fine outdoor markets.

The apartment is well served by public transport, it is very easy to reach the airports of Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio, thanks to the shuttle that leaves from Milan Central Station.

Public parking for the car is free.

Check-in after 20.00 will be allowed only upon my availability, by paying the following supplements:

30 euros from 20.00 to 22.00

50 euros from 22.00 to 24.00

In any case, arrivals after 24.00 are not allowed

Dear guest, thank you for listing numerous positive aspects regarding my apartment. I assure you that the area, even at night, is well attended. The chairs are for sitting at the dining table. Rather than having a sofa-bed (where you usually sleep badly) we opted for two comfortable beds.

Why can't I call Marco (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marco (the owner) a message.

If Marco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
