From the owner

The apartment is situated in a nice period house in central Milan is perfect for four people. It is very bright and quiet and consists of a living room, dining room, study with bed, main large bedroom, three bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The apartment is tastefully furnished and is located in an area full of restaurants, brasseries, café, shops and supermarket. A 3 minute walk from the house, there is also 2 bicycle station circuit "bike sharing" of the town, where you can pick up and leave the bike. Twice a week, there are two local markets in the streets next to mine, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, but also clothes and shoes.
If needed, I'll be very happy to give you same tips and suggestions about places to visit and things to do in Milano ( restaurants, museum, events, parks, monuments and many more ). If you find yourself in my beautiful city, I'll be very happy to host you. Please contact me here and feel free to ask me any further informations you may need about the apartment: I'll be happy to answer.
As I give you the house perfectly clean and tidy, please do the same. For stays longer than three days you are requested to avail the help of my maid that you pay directly based on the number of hours (10 euro per hour).

The house is located in an area served by bus in 10 minutes leading to San Babila, Via Manzoni and Montenapoleone (No. 61 or No. 54), and a bus (N.60), which leads to the Central Station in 10 minutes. The metro (underground railway) is a 2 minutes walk from the house and connects to the others Lines and leads directly to the show in 20 minutes.
Many restaurants, cafes, brasseries, shops, banks and supermarkets in the area. Close to the house a cinema and a theatre.

I'll be present when you'll arrive to show you the apartment and to give you the keys, and when you'll leave to check with you the apartment.

Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment and the agreed occupancy has to be observed at all times.
As I give you
the house perfectly clean and tidy, please do the same. For stays longer than three days you are requested to avail the help of my maid that you pay directly based on the number of hours (10 euro per hour).
I love my house and I expect that it will be respected and maintained with care and love. I'm a clean and tidy person and I hand over the apartment in perfect condition. I hope therefore that is returned in perfect condition. So please let me find the apartment cleaned and in order. The fee of 70 Euro for the final cleaning is to cover the cost of extra cleaning (washing curtains, mattresses, windows, etc..).
It is not allowed:
to smoke in any part of the apartment, elevator and common areas.
to use or start any kind of fire in the house, such as but not limited to, lighters, incenses, bbqs and candles (even if found in the apartment).
to use or introduce any kind of drug or illegal substance in the apartment.
to use or introduce any firearm, weapon or personal defence device in the apartment.
to organise parties in the apartment.
to bring pets or animals in the house, even if in cages or of small size.
to put any object on the windows or to throw any object out of the window.
to make copies of the keys.to take any object found in the apartment out of it even if for a short period of time. It is your responsibility if any object is missing from the apartment.
to bring anything wet, oily or dirty out of the kitchen.
Always keep sink and wc and bidet clean at all times in order not to clog the pipes.
Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
Do not use any electric device if the bathroom is in use or wet.
Be very careful when showering not to let too much water out of the shower. Do not push or touch the shower glass.
Take the trash out daily.
According to local environmental laws please recycle trash. Visit (website hidden) for additional info.
Always switch all the lights off when leaving the apartment.
Keep doors and windows closed when out of the apartment.
Do not let any strangers in the apartment, even if they seem convincing or saying to be sent from the apartment owner/manager.
Contact the host if you notice anything suspicious.

Why can't I call FABIA (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact FABIA (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send FABIA (the owner) a message.

If FABIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
