If you're looking for an active break and aren’t afraid of getting wet, book one of these holiday homes near fantastic water sports destinations worldwide.
Water sports holidays by the sea allow you to spend energetic mornings on the water and lazy afternoons chilling on the beach. Inland destinations near lakes and rivers are less tied to the summer season and can offer great windsurfing, canoeing and sailing throughout the year.
If you’re planning an action-packed holiday, choose a villa or cottage with plenty of home comforts. You’ll really appreciate a bubbling Jacuzzi, steamy sauna or cosy log fire after an active day on the water.
