“Travelling the world, this has been our favourite place hands down!” The most amazing accommodation in Penang. The complex is popular amongst expats so lots of new friends. It’s a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with sea views out the lounge room window and jungle views out the kitchen window. The kitchen is huge and has an oven! It’s hard to describe this place and all I can say is it immediately felt like home. There are toys and plastic plates and cups. There are numerous pools, a gym, a playground, top security and a great location, halfway between the lovely tourist beach town Batu Ferringhi and the fabulous 8am – 1am opened, Tesco. We did need a car, because we have small kids, but this was not an issue for us. A short walk to the beach at the bottom of the road. We want to come back and stay again. Perfect getaway

The apartment was perfect for our holiday expectations. Clean, bright and comfortable. We were picked up from the airport by a very helpful and informative Jason, who had to wait a bit longer than usual as the airline had misplaced our baggage. We started most mornings with breakfast on the balcony, where there was normally a great cooling breeze, we were often treated to wild life display in the nearby tree canopy and during our 2 weeks we saw monkeys, squirrels (2 types) and a number of exotic birds. We often finished the day on the balcony as well. There is a beach just down the hill with a bar/cafe and batu ferringi beach is a few minutes bus or taxi ride in one direction and Georgetown and many of the islands cultural attractions are 30 + minutes (by bus) in the other direction. The food is the main attraction on Penang. The.apartment is recommended without reservation to anyone, we even enjoyed the hill and were noticeably fitter at the end of 2 weeks. … see more
A UNIQUE GEM - LUXURIOUS WATER CHALET AND HOUSEBOAT
The Perfect Holiday

Wow, where to start, the perfect location on a beautiful lagoon , every single amentity you need, lovely hosts and to cap it all a fabulous seafood restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. This lovely water chalet is 30 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu airport and was very easy to find. There was a wonderful warm welcome from hosts Deborah and Philip, who were always on hand to help organise things, there was a welcome back, bread, milk, juice, cereal, coffee etc . The lagoon is safe for swimming and we spent hours just floating around and cooling off in it. Deborah organised an amazing trip with Borneo Sun, Sand and Boats, where we spent the day snorkelling over the coral reef, it was like being in Finding Nemo, Mike and Charlotte also did the island to Island zip wire. The sunrise and sunsets from the boat are breathtaking and this was the perfect place to relax before heading into the rain forest. We will definitely be returning... … see more

Amazing location. Axiata arena is just next door. House is clean and nicely furnished with amenities far exceeds my expectations. Steps to Beach. Nicely renovated with Huge Pool
Perfect for a relaxing holiday

From the very beginning of booking Sharon was so helpful - answering all questions promptly and with great attention to detail. Check in was seamless and easy with a code for the key box. We have stayed at Miami Green before, so were familiar with the set up and geography. We had a great view of the pool and the sea. The kitchen facilities were excellent for simple cooking with lots of pots and pans and utensils. The washing machine was great (and detergent was provided). Obviously in a place like Penang you don't want to do much cooking as the food out is so good and cheap, but it's a quick Grab car ride to Tesco, or Cold Storage at Gurney Plaza, if you do want to cook. We did pasta and sauce a couple of times, and a stir fry, plus some marinated chicken cooked in the toaster oven, with a side salad. Good fridge freezer, too. Beds a little firm, though my sister found some good pillows in the cupboard. Plenty of hot water for showers and everywhere was lovely and clean. Really enjoyed sitting on the veranda looking out at the sea - and chilling out by the lovely pool. Wish we'd stayed twice as long. And once again, cannot speak too highly of our hostess, Sharon, who was unobtrusive but always available. … see more

Fabulous location, great apartment

We had a 3 night stay here before going on to Tioman Island and Singapore. This location is fantastic, with views from the apartment of the Petronas and KL towers. It is on the 49th floor and on the 51st is the infinity pool Iwhich tended to be a bit busy) and a great restaurant. Walking distance to the Petronas Towers and Hard Rock Cafe very close by as is a shopping mall with supermarket , subway and other eateries. The apartment itself is lovely, very modern and clean with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, large fridge, kettle, hob, microwave and washing machine. Rocky J the owner was so helpful and responsive. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the apartment could have been better stocked with cutlery/crockery/glasses etc but I would not hesitate in recommending as a place to stay. … see more
