Looking for something outrageously different for your next holiday? Then take a look at these holiday castles, windmills, yurts and manor houses that are all available for you to book and make your holiday an extraordinary one.
And there’s plenty to choose from: you could set your loved one's heart racing with a fairy-tale break to a French chateau or rent a houseboat in Amsterdam with your pals. Or how about escaping to a cosy log cabin in the mountains, or going glamping on a yurt holiday in Devon or Cornwall.
If stunning and unusual architecture is for you, rent a regal castle in the Scottish Highlands, a quirky lighthouse by the sea or return to a bygone age on a windmill holiday in Greece.

“Great time with great friends” Lovely relaxing time . Very rural and quiet. Lovely house . Great fete in Saint Christophe with an amazing firework display . Great walks with the children all set in beautiful surroundings.
We were first attracted to the Moulin by the photos, and we were not disappointed. What you see is what you get. It is a magic property, in a beautiful, if unspectacular, part of rural France.

Thank you for your review, Russell. I am so pleased that you were all comfortable, and enjoyed your visit to South Snowdonia. You travelled a long way from London for just two nights, but you evidently achieved what you set out to do, which was to go up Snowdon (little clues left with printed routes up the mountain!). I hope that now you have seen this beautiful area, that perhaps may consider tackling Cader Idris in the future, which is very close by. Or any of the other mountains in the area, of which we have no shortage! You will be most welcome if you want to stay again, available all around the year!

Thank you for your review and kind comments about the accommodation and the village (and us!).it is wonderful when our guests have enjoyed their experience at Mihangel or Myfanwy, and also the beach, which we love too.
I have tried to anticipate most needs and so it is great to hear that you found it well equipped.
There are plans afoot to give a separate seating area for Mihangel, and aim to achieve this as soon as possible, to afford a bit more privacy. Guests can still socialize if they wish.
Perhaps you may wish to return to Llwyngwril, and you will all be most welcome if you do! Just let us know.
