Fantastic UK holidays are available at thousands of private holiday homes dotted up and down the country. Whether you fancy cream teas in Devon, vibrant city breaks in London or a Highland fling in Scotland, there are plenty of UK breaks that really cut the mustard.
Explore England and its varied landscape – spend your break in a charming Cotswold cottage or visit the Lake District or the Norfolk Broads. In Wales, book a city break in Cardiff or Swansea, test out your surfing skills on the Gower or find out why so many fall in love with Snowdonia and Anglesey.
Go to Scotland to join the crowds at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Military Tattoo. You could take to the slopes in Aviemore or get back to nature on the Isle of Skye. Northern Ireland has plenty to tempt the traveller too: visit Belfast, the walled city of Derry or see the natural beauty of the Fermanagh Lakelands.

Many thanks for the lovely review it is much appreciated. The Cottage is in the grounds of Kenegie Manor which is specified in the cottage report on Trip Advisor. Tolpedn is privately owned by myself and the owners of the site kindly allow my guests to have full use of all the facilities, I don't however have any control on how good the facilities are but the site is generally a very quiet and peaceful one, with no loud music/live entertainment which guests do appreciate, apologies for the cars coming and going, the site itself, and Cornwall is busy at this time of year.
I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you again when your next in the area.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm very sorry to hear that there was a bad smell outside for part of your stay, our parents live next door so I did ask them if they noticed anything and unfortunately they also did. The farmers had grown cauliflowers in the fields surrounding which had gone over and with the direction of wind caused a bad smell which is unavoidable I'm afraid. I am pleased to say they ploughed it all the following week! This would probably account for the 5 flies you found, we have never had a fly problem. We have now bought extra pillows to avoid any further issues and have added an extra non slip mat for the bathroom. I do hope you enjoyed your stay overall and can only add my apologies for any disappointment you felt.
If you had of notified me during your stay I would have done everything I could to solve any issues.
