So sorry you were unfortunate with traffic, August Bank Holiday is very popular with visitors to Cornwall. My area of the holiday park is usually quiet, as others guests have said. I can't move the road, so our prices reflect that situation. I am glad you found my caravan very clean and cosy. Bernadette.

We are very disappointed that everything wasn't to your approval. Holiday parks offering additionally charged facility passes is the norm across the board now and we did message you several times to request a receipt for what you paid on your entertainment passes as we offered to meet you half way and reimburse you 50%. I'm sorry to say you never got back to us, and therefore couldn't help you im afraid.
