Ground floor with balcony and private garden.

The condominium has a nice lawn garden just in front. Private and covered car park.

A big balcony in the living room, wonderful place to be at sunset hour.

A kitchen full equipped.

2 bathrooms, one of them in the suite.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties.

When checking-in after 8 pm, a small fee of 8 euros will be charged.

It is a place for rest and relaxation but also for pursuing active pastimes and sports; a friendly and safe residential haven, but also a vibrant and exciting night-life centre. As well as being the largest Marina in Portugal, Vilamoura also boasts the biggest boatyard, with a full complement of marine services to match. Many major boat manufacturers have chosen the Marina to locate their official service centers for Southern Europe and this is reflected in the dry docking capacity of 200 boats. Apart from the wealth of available water sports facilities, amongst the various ports and harbors); there are other alternatives, such as tennis courts, famous golf courses, shooting range, bowls, and an exciting nightlife.

Vilamoura

Vilamoura offers two great beaches, one on either side of the Marina. Both are on the flat and are therefore very easily accessible. The busier of the two beaches is Marina Beach to the east of the Marina where you can hire sun beds, parasols, and take advantage of the beach bars. From this golden sandy beach you can paddle in the surf all the way to the neighboring resort of Quarteira, where there is a weekly Gypsy Market every Wednesday. You can barter for bargains in Leather, shoes, clothes and handicrafts. On the western side of the Marina is Falesia Beach where real enthusiasts can stroll all the way along to the beaches of Albufeira.

The climate is one of the healthiest and most pleasant in the world with a likeness to the Californian climate. There is sufficient seasonal variation so as not to make it boring, winters are never to cold and summers never too hot, with skies predominantly blue all year round. The Algarve has managed to retain its “old world” charm and traditional values. An ambitious forward looking nation who are friendly and open, with a good understanding of English. So whether you are looking for a place to relax or prefer to indulge your every active interest, the Algarve offers it all!
