Having achieved Certificates of Excellence for over 8 years and excellent review history as a B&B, Avenue Park Apartment now offers the same high quality self catering accommodation for up to 4 people in a newly designed and refitted 2 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and offer a double room with king size bed and the other bedroom has twin beds or a superking bed as an option.

The large open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area has a 50" smart TV and sound bar. the Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher washing machine and fridge freezer with double oven and microwave.

There is a terrace area outside with views over parkland. It has seating for relaxing and eating outside etc. The local Co Op is only 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes walk away. The beach is only five minutes walk away through Torre Abbey gardens next door. Parking is free on the road around and there is an allocated parking space in the small car park .

Hello,my name is Sandra and I own and run Avenue Park which was a successful B&B for the last 11 years, achieving Certificates of Excellence for over 8 years and excellent reviews. It now operates as self catering to the same high standards. I try to welcome guests on arrival, but if I'm not here I will catch up later. Access to both the Villa and The Apartment is by key from the relevant key box. Before your stay I will send you the code and an information sheet with everything you need to help you settle in easily and find the beach and shops etc. I am available by phone to answer any questions or if you should have any concerns. My guests are important to me and I try to provide a comfortable relaxing home from home experience.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
