Comfortably sleeping up to six people the apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standard. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two king size double rooms and one twin room making it a perfect choice for families young or old.

OMG where do I start, from receiving the booking confirmation to is leaving after our stay it was perfect. We travelled as two couples and we were amazed on entering the apartment on the very high quality of the fixtures, fittings & cleanliness. Everything you could possibly need for a weeks holiday. The view from the balcony was stunning, the surprise hamper was a lovely gesture. Gary the owner had took a lot of care & attention to cover the covid rules, from collecting the keys to the cleanliness of the apartment. Torquay and surrounding areas were stunning, weather was brilliant and we hope to return very soon. Julie G

Rarely have we stayed in an apartment as immaculate as this. We were anxious about holidaying during Covid-19 but this place was as clean as a show home. The layout is great too, very spacious and the view over the bay is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and even the communal areas of the building inc garage and lift are spotless. Bath and shower room are of a really high spec. There are a lot of steps down to the street level and harbour but don’t let that put you off it will increase your fitness levels (you could always walk the longer way to avoid them). The owners left a great welcome package for us too and they are really keen to make your stay perfect

Why can't I call Gary (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gary (the owner) a message.

If Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
