Holiday villa with private pool, BBQ, wifi, air conditioning, 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Castelo and Evaristo.

Casa do Castelo is a leveled holiday villa with an algarvian style. It has a privileged location as it´s within 1 km of some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve: Praia do Castelo, Evaristo. São Rafael is only 2 minutes away by car, as well as the beaches of Galé and Salgados (and golf course).

This holiday villa has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds (one of the rooms has an additional single bed - ideal for a family of 3).

There are 3 showerooms (two are ensuite), a large and bright living room with satellite tv, wifi, sofa bed for 2 addional persons, large and confortable sofas, as well as a nice dining area.

The kitchen is compact and has a door with direct access to the pool and barbecue areas.

Casa do Castelo is located on a residential street, close to family cafe-tapas bar, as well as other restaurants and services.

This villa has several private parking spaces (inside the fenced property), a garden with lawn and barbecue area.

The kidney-shaped pool has sun loungers sround it, patio chairs and garden table.

This is a great holiday for those looking for good value for money.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helena (the owner) a message.

If Helena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
