This detached stone cottage near Clocaenog sleeps six people in three bedrooms.Tyn Y Celyn Uchaf is a luxury detached cottage on the owners' working poultry farm, with a private hot tub and a high standard of furnishing throughout. Upstairs, the cottage has a king-size double room and a twin room, both with en-suites. Downstairs is another king-size double room with en-suite, a cloakroom, a utility and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is a garden, patio and hot tub, ample off road parking and walks from the door. Tyn Y Celyn Uchaf is perfectly placed for this lovely part of Wales.

Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Secure bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Children's playground 5 mins walk.
