Description

Thalasses Villas are four luxurious independent villas with private beach, high quality facilities and services that can be rented as one villa.

Each villa continues to be rented separately however an option of renting the whole complex is now offered for large groups.

Renting the whole complex will offer our guests having 4 independent buildings with 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a private beach only 50 meters away.

All the villas have been designed to offer privacy with clear views of the sea and this offers an opportunity to enjoy holiday together with everyone but also to have privacy among your own group.

There are two different types of villas in the complex. To the front villas “Thoi” and “Persi” which are single-storey, to the rear two-storey villas “Eeanthe” and “Melia”.

The villas can accommodate 18 people in beds.

Each villa consists of the following facilities:

- Villa Thoi -

2 Bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room), 1 bathroom (shower cabin), living room with HDTV and Nintendo Wii, fully equipped kitchen and dining area

- Villa Persi -

2 Bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room), 1 bathroom (Jacuzzi bath and shower cabin), living room with HDTV and Nintendo Wii, fully equipped kitchen and dining area

- Villa Melia -

2 Bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room), 2 bathrooms (Jacuzzi bath and shower cabin), living room with HDTV and Nintendo Wii, fully equipped kitchen and dining area

- Villa Eeanthe -

3 Bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms), 2 bathrooms (Jacuzzi bath and shower cabin), living room with HDTV and Nintendo Wii, fully equipped kitchen and dining area

The single beds in twin rooms can be transformed to be a double if it’s needed.

- Outdoor area -

Each villa’s outdoor area has: swimming pool (can be heated upon advance request with additional charge), hot tub, barbecue station and sitting area.

There is a safe organised playground for children plus a vegetable garden in which you can “use” with our gardener’s help and taste home grown vegetables. We have also added a dining table for 18 people in order to enjoy al-fresco dining together.

Stay in your private villas, enjoy your freedom and privacy but also take advantage of the complex facilities and hotel services that we can offer. There are private sun beds on the crystal clear water’s edge!

Our free of charge “hotel services” can make the difference for your stay, include cleaning every 3 days, daily operating reception desk and Holiday Advisor & concierge centre where you can take advice or suggestions regarding everything in our island.

Interaction with guest

We will wait for you in the villa for your arrival (despite the arrival time, even after midnight) in order to help you with the house details and give you as much information as you want about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit. Also we will clean the villa and change towels and linen every 3 days. Finally we will be there for your departure for our last thank you! Kostas will be also reachable on his cell phone and e-mails 24/7!

House rules

The swimming pools can be heated with additional fee of 35 euros per pool upon advance request.


Booking Policy
The deposit that you need to pay in order to book the villa is the 25% of the total amount. The remaining balance is due to be paid 21 days prior to the guest’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, traveller receives a 100% refund.
