Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“A wonderfull stay at villa Artemis!” We had a wonderfull stay at 'Villa Artemis'.
When we arrived at the villa after a long trip from holland we were very warmly welcomed by some members of the Sofoulakis family. (The owners of 'Villa Artemis'.)
They showed us arround and make us feel very welcome. In case we needed anything they will be right at the corner and come to help us.
When we opened the refrigerator we saw all kinds of sweets and products from there own garden en the beautifull garden of 'Villa Artemis'.
The view and the pool were amazing and we had so wonderfull weather in may when we were in Crete. The water of the pool was also very warm for the time of te year.
We would definitely go back again to villa Artemis!
We can recommend it to anyone!
With greetz to the lovely Sofoulakis family!

“A villa to return to” The location of the villa seemed first a bit far away, but we soon got used to it, and the small road to the property was in itself lovely. We loved the view from the villa, and the surroundings were excellent. The garden was perfect with its lovely flowers, greens and the activity area for the kids (girls of 9, 10 and 11 years of age), including the table tennis (not just for the kids!!). We also enjoyed the barbecue for cooking. And the pool was just perfect, especially the kids spent half of the time in it, and the pool area was excellent with the sun beds etc.
The villa itself was just lovely with its Greek interior. The kitchen was ever so well equipped, we even found possibility to make frappe! The bedrooms were perfect as were the bathrooms. Everything was very clean, and the villa was cleaned by the owner family once during our one-week-stay, also the linen were changed then.
The owner family took great care of us during our stay - such hospitality we seldom have met in Greece, although we always have considered Greeks as a very hospital people.
Our only regret for our stay was its shortness, we surely want to return to Villa Aphrodite, next time hopefully for a longer time than for one week.
